Beauty Fix: Stay Beautifully Fresh During Ramadhan
It’s kind of difficult to look fresh during Ramadhan, one major factor is because of the lack of sleep and also during this month you would most probably have more activity on your agenda compared to any other months. This is probaby one of the busiest month on your social calendar! You will always find excuses to meet another group of people on a different day.
Below are few tips from us to keep you to stay fresh and beautiful during the fasting month:
Drink a lot of water during sahur and when you break your fast, because water will keep your skin supple and this will also ensure that your skin doesn’t loose it’s elasticity because of dehydration.
If you’re not confident enough on layering moisturizer, try face spray such as Clinique Moisture Surge Face Spray, MAC Fix+ or Evian Face Spray to keep your face fresh. Spray the face spray around 30cm from your face and leave it to dry. Don’t touch your face or wipe it with either tissue or towel because it will only mess with your makeup.
Try to sleep at least 6 hours a day so your skin doesn’t look dull and you’re not haunted by dark under eye circle. However, sometime after your sahur meal, you can’t help it but to stay wide awake. To minimize under eye dark circle and eye bags, use multipurpose eye cream such as RoC Multi Correxion Eye Cream.
Don’t forget to keep a bottle of body lotion with you at all times, so that your skin would stay moisturize despite the reduction of water intake during the day. You know your skin is dry, when you scratch it and it leaves white trails afterward. Shea butter has been very known to be very moisturizing, so it can be used anywhere else that needs extra moisture, but this butter is very sticky so you might want to use it sparingly.
Most importantly, eat a balance diet to stay healthy during this fasting month.
