Job Opening: HR & GA Manager

Your main responsibilities:

  • Maintains the work structure
  • Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing (if needed), and interviewing program
  • Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
  • Maintains a pay plan by scheduling and conducting job evaluations
  • Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results.
  • Maintains employee benefits programs
  • Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  • Maintains historical human resource records
  • Manages absence, disciplinaries, grievance, sickness, etc.
  • Measure employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement
  • Policy & procedures implementation of new HR  policies, procedures and processes
  • Responsible for office administration

 

Requirements:

  • Minimal 3 years work experience in HR area
  • Superb communication skills honed in business partnering/advisory roles
  • Experience of dealing with senior and sometimes challenging individuals
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with key members of the executive team.
  • Ability to represent the Human Resource function as part of the bigger business picture
  • Confident directing HR and advising managers on all aspects of people management and development.
  • Strong understanding of employment law
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to work well independently with minimal supervision and in a team
  • Creative, diplomatic, cool under pressure
  • Enthusiastic and a self starter with positive and can-do attitude

 

You will receive: fixed salary, THR, Jamsostek, medical reimbursement, phone allowance, and laptop.
