Job Opening: HR & GA Manager

Your main responsibilities:
- Maintains the work structure
- Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing (if needed), and interviewing program
- Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
- Maintains a pay plan by scheduling and conducting job evaluations
- Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results.
- Maintains employee benefits programs
- Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- Maintains historical human resource records
- Manages absence, disciplinaries, grievance, sickness, etc.
- Measure employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement
- Policy & procedures implementation of new HR policies, procedures and processes
- Responsible for office administration
Requirements:
- Minimal 3 years work experience in HR area
- Superb communication skills honed in business partnering/advisory roles
- Experience of dealing with senior and sometimes challenging individuals
- Ability to build rapport quickly with key members of the executive team.
- Ability to represent the Human Resource function as part of the bigger business picture
- Confident directing HR and advising managers on all aspects of people management and development.
- Strong understanding of employment law
- Attention to detail
- Able to work well independently with minimal supervision and in a team
- Creative, diplomatic, cool under pressure
- Enthusiastic and a self starter with positive and can-do attitude
