As DesZell has already written here, finally, Marc Jacobs Beauty has launched exclusively at Sephora on 9 August. I have always felt that maybe one day Marc Jacobs will come out with his own beauty line. And he did! I thought he was going to use Marc by Marc Jacobs line, because this younger line would’ve suited color makeup well. Instead, he used his name-sake Marc Jacobs premier line.
My first thought was that the packaging left something to be desired, although it suits Marc Jacobs’ personality. For one, I know the black glossy packaging (plastic, I might add) would be a bothersome fingerprint magnet. Judging by the photos, the products (aside from foundation) looked lightweight, a little too light perhaps. But that doesn’t necessarily deter me from being a curious makeup junkie.
So here are my picks.
