The perks of (sometime) writing for Fashionese Daily is that you occasionally get some stuff to try out for free. Being the most appropriate age for lifting and anti-wrinkle products, several years ago, I was offered ROC Complete Lift Serum to try (well, either this, or Italian Kiko eyeshadow palette, or lunch with Nico Saputra–I wish!). There aren’t many stuff that come my way for free, that I’d gladly shell out my own money for, but this is one such case.
The Claim
ROC called this an “Immediate Lift Serum”, claiming that it will increase firmness, improve elasticity, and visibly lift and define facial contours. The serum contains Protient, a patented tightening agent to help firm and tone skin. Immediately, the skin is supposed to be smoother and firmer. I could not find the box of my current bottle, but you can see the ingredients list here. There is starch, wheat protein and dimethicone, amongst others.
