For those of you who don’t like shimmery and sparkling eyes for New Year’s Eve, that’s totally okay. ‘Bling’ eyes is not everyone’s favourite. Some of us might think it’s too much, and I totally understand. So what kind of eye look that we can rock for New Year’s Eve? Don’t worry, with makeup, we can do anything to make our eyes stand out in the crowd. 🙂
Grab your eyeliners, dark gray or black eyeshadow, and a neutral eyeshadow – it could be nude brown, soft peach color, anything that you like. Apply the neutral eyeshadow all over your lid and blend it nicely. Now it’s time for the fun part – eyeliner! We have to define and draw our eyeliner thicker than usual, don’t wing it too long because we’re gonna use the eyeshadow to do it. Don’t forget to line your lower lashline, leave the inner part empty. With a smudger brush, use the dark gray or black eyeshadow to extend the wing that we made earlier with the eyeliner, and take the eyeshadow underneath lower lashline. Then for the final part of eye look, wear false eyelashes to complete the look. Not too much but it will definitely stand out, right?
For this kind of look, we can use anything soft and subtle on the lips for day and night or we can pull off the red lip colour for an evening party. Whatever you choose, have fun! 🙂
