3. Inside Pablohoney’s Makeup Pouch

You know what today is? Today is the last day to submit ‘Share What’s Inside Your Makeup Pouch‘ entry to win the Giorgio Armani Beauty goodies from DFS Galleria Singapore! But we thought, we’re going to give those who haven’t submit their entry the whole weekend to construct your submission. So you got until tomorrow, Sunday, 25 November 2012, to join the ‘What’s Inside Your Makeup Pouch’ contest with DFS Galleria Singapore.

To motivate you all, how about if we see what’s inside Pablohoney’s makeup pouch? I love reading Pablohoney’s reviews on the latest beauty products that she’s raving about, so it’s interesting to see what she brings with her everyday on her makeup pouch.

So here it is.

The Makeup Pouch:

The makeup pouch is from Longchamp that I got on sale quite a while ago. The seafoam blue color suits my alley right off the bat! Since it’s shaped like a pencil case, it’s also very easy to be slipped inside different bags.

The Content:

  1. Guerlain Rose Aux Joues Blush Duo 04 Pink Punk – my current favorite blush, goes with everything!
  2. Guerlain Météorites Compact Pressed Powder – perfect for touch ups. It’s mattifying and illuminating at the same time. It
  3. Path: p » strong provides almost no coverage and won’t make my face looks cakey.
  4. YSL Touche Éclat – my HG for awakening a dull, tired face. Great for touching up smudgy lower lash lines and lining my lips when I’m wearing a red lippie.
  5. Jack Black Intense Therapy Lip Balm SPF 25 – keeps dry lips at bay. The mint helps to plump the lips a little too!
  6. Burberry Lip Cover in #29 Golden Peach
  7. Burberry Lip Cover in #30 Primrose Hill Pink
  8. Giorgio Armani Rouge d’Armani in Pink 507

I don’t carry a lot of variety of makeup items. I always do my finished makeup (base, eye, etc) in the morning before I go to work. With a lot of test and trials, my makeup will pretty much stayed put until I wash it off, which is why I don’t feel the need to carry a lot of things. Therefore I only carry items that I could use for touch ups.

On a day-to-day basis, I always carry these three lipsticks (Burberry and Giorgio Armani). They are all heavy in rotation. They have great formulas and feel comfortable on my dry-sensitive lips, especially the Burberry ones. The shades I use ranged from peachy coral, bright coral pink, and a cheery pink.

The Longchamp pouch’s shape is perfect to carry (multiple) lipsticks. Often, I would take the Guerlain blush out and stuff more of my lipsticks inside, say 3 or 4 (or 5) more. I’m telling you, this pouch is perfect for this purpose (and I wonder why my bag feels heavy). I need to restrain myself most of the times. That being said, I think my lipstick stash had helped a few of my cousins and friends for a little pick-me-up more than a few occasions ;)
