The Star Ingredients:
- Melanin Vanish and Tourmalin Gemstone – Anti-dark circles and anti-spots ingredients, to effectively brigthens the skin and intensively reducing hyperpigmentation and dark spots
- Caffeine – as an anti-puffiness to reduce the appearance of undereye bag due to fatigue or lack of sleep. Caffeine constricts blood vessels and thus help to de-puff.
Packaging and Formula:
Here is the exciting part: L’Oreal White Perfect Eye Vibrator comes with a built-in eye massage, emitting 130 micro vibrations per second on one end, and the eye cream squueze-tube on the other end. The eye-massager is a metal ball-like end, with an on and off switch, and its own cap, so you don’t have to worry about it picking up dirt while not in use. The eye massager/vibrator is supposed to help the cream to sink and work its charm in the skin. The overall packaging is made of plastic.
How To Use:
After applying small dots of the L’Oreal White Perfect Eye Vibrator creamy product, do the following steps listed below. This application method to the following pressure points is recommended by ophthalmologist:
Step 1 – Place the eye vibrator in each spot as marked in the diagram on the left, and massage each spot for 2-3 seconds before moving on to the next one.
Step 2 – Sweep the eye vibrator from the center to the left, back to the center, and onto the right for 10 seconds.
The Review:
Before everything else, I would like to remind myself to manage my expectations. Eyebag is half hereditary (i.e., genetic, likely your family members will have a similar problem with eyebag appearance), and half lifestyle. For your own and your skin’s sake, you need to get enough sleep everyday. No cream can help you when you are not doing your part of racking enough rest hours.
Now onto the review. I like how the cream is light, without being watery; rich enough without being too heavy. I am quite prone to blocked pores, the last thing I want to get is white comedones popping up from my eye area (which have happened to other certain eye cream). Don’t worry – this doesn’t happen.
I use L’Oreal White Perfect Eye Vibrator just before I sleep. The massaging motion is not harsh to be used on the area around the eye. Having to massage my eye also helps me to relax. Coincidentally, I got L’Oreal White Perfect Eye Vibrator on the week I was moving in to a new place. It was a nice way to unwind after super busy and tiring day.
As I have mentioned before, I don’t expect my eyebag to miraculously disappear using this product, or any product, for that matter. When I only got 4-5 hours sleep at night, it is just down right unrealistic to wake up with super-bright and fresh eye. However, I notice that I am less puffy and the my eye area stays well hydrated.
L’Oreal White Perfect Eye Vibrator is also perfect for traveling. I take red-eye flights for weekend trips every now and then, and I think it’s a compact and lightweight product to throw into my travel purse, and I can use during the flight. Hey, I could also use the eye massager-end to massage my temple too! :D. I also like the fact that this comes in plastic packaging, I’m always paranoid that I would break my other eye cream in glass packaging.

What Can Be Improved?
It would be nice if the battery is replaceable, so we can just buy the refill. I also could live with a tad heavier texture to add on the hydrating strength. Most of my eye creams come with 30 ml of content, while this is just half of that. The price tag is not hefty, so I still could justify repurchasing.
The Verdict:
In all, I am pretty happy with L’Oreal White Perfect Eye Vibrator, and thinking to add this to skincare regimen, especially to give an extra boost on those busy days!
