When Hairstyle Goes Couture

Have you ever thought that hairdressing is the most beautiful profession? Through its tagline “Together, we reinvent the most beautiful profession everyday”, L’Oreal Professionel brings a mission to help its hairdressers making their clients beautiful.

Among the actions to inspire hairdressers, L’Oreal Professionel presented its Spring/Summer 2012 Color Collection titled Somptueux. The collection became a tool to actualize L’Oreal Professionel brand value as The Parisian House of Hairdressing. The creation named Mademoiselle Popeline, Dona Taffetas and Lady Organza.

Collaborating with Peter Gray, a hairdresser, L’Oreal Professionel created 3 couture creations for Somptueux. Peter Gray had worked with Alexander McQueen and he’s also the right talent to infuse Dior, Chanel and Yves Saint Laurent nuances into his creations. No wonder L’Oreal Professionel picked him to create couture collection.
