Location: FemaleDaily HQ, Jakarta, Indonesia

In a nutshell, this person will become the first point of contact for the customers and must be able to understand the customer requirements and deliver solution in timely manner. Most importantly, this person needs to display a ‘customer comes first’ attitude by providing top notch sales and after-sales service.

Job Description

  • Customer Acquisition
  • Help formulate and execute online marketing strategies to acquire targeted customers.
  • Ensure that the customers enjoy shopping at its newly developed shopping platform.
  • Evaluate customer needs and work to develop appropriate solutions
  • Handle incoming customer calls and emails
  • Give insights to the management team

Skills and Experiences

  • Use email & social media & other online platforms on day to day basis
  • Excellent oral and written communication skill
  • Customer service
  • Attention to detail
  • An interest in fashion & beauty, familiar with local and international fashion brands
  • Familiar with online shopping
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • 1-2 years in customer service
  • Hold a bachelor degree
