Social Media (TikTok & Youtube) Intern Girls Beyond by Female Daily Network

Job Descriptions: 

- Microvideo brief creation: Conceptualize and script briefs that cover a wide range of career and personal growth topics relevant to our Gen Z audience. 

- Research and content development: Conduct thorough research on various career-related subjects, personal growth strategies, and trending topics within the Gen Z demographic. Use this research to create engaging and informative content for microvideo briefs. 

- Visual storytelling: Develop a strong understanding of our target audience and their preferences. Utilize your creativity and visual storytelling skills to create videos that effectively communicate key messages in a concise and impactful manner. 

- Scriptwriting and storyboarding: Write compelling scripts that capture the essence of the chosen topics, ensuring they are concise, informative, and engaging. Create storyboards to outline the visual elements and structure of each microvideo. 

- Distribution and promotion: Assist in optimizing the distribution and promotion of microvideo briefs across various platforms, including social media, website, and other relevant channels. Collaborate with the marketing team to maximize reach and engagement.

 - Conceptualize and script briefs that cover a wide range of career and personal growth topics relevant to our Gen Z audience. 

- Develop engaging and informative scripts for our YouTube VODs that align with Girls Beyond's vision and resonate with our Gen Z audience. Ensure scripts are concise, well-structured, and communicate key messages effectively. 

- Collaborate with the production team to create visually compelling narratives that capture the attention of our viewers. Incorporate storytelling techniques and creative approaches to enhance the impact and engagement of our VOD content. 

- Collaborate with the production team to develop shotlists that outline the visual elements required for each video. Detail the specific shots, camera angles, and desired aesthetics to guide the filming process. - Assist in preparing call sheets for the production team, including information on cast, crew, locations, equipment, and scheduling. Ensure all necessary details are communicated effectively to ensure a smooth production process. 

- Work closely with the content team, production crew, and on-screen talent to ensure a cohesive vision and execution of the scripts. Maintain open lines of communication to address any questions or concerns that may arise during the production process. 

- Do event coverage, schedule, and publish event-related for editorial content.

Requirements:

- Committed and available to join our 6-month internship journey (October 2025 – April 2026)

-Fresh graduate or final semester student

- Passionate about women empowerment, personal development, and career development topics

- Able to come to our office at least 2x per week

- An iOS user with iPhone X/high tech gadget as the latest device

- Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to tailor content for a Gen Z audience

- Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems (CMS)

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce error-free content

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, take initiative, and meet deadlines

- Openness to feedback, willingness to learn, and adaptability to evolving needs
