Job Description:
- Develop creative and engaging content ideas for social media, create a content calendar, and craft compelling storytelling.
- Manage daily interactions across platforms to drive awareness, increase traffic, and build genuine engagement with our followers.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and other creators for content creation
- Research beauty trends, viral content, and audience insights to inspire fresh content ideas
- Own day-to-day management of social media channels
Requirements:
- Have min. 1 year experience in related experience such as Content Writer/ Social Media/ Content Creator
- Creative-minded & digital savvy
- Have a passion and knowledge of the beauty industry
- Adaptive, collaborative, and detail-oriented
- Have a good communication skills both fluently in Bahasa and English
- Strong writing skills with a flair for fun, engaging captions and trends
- Familiarity with editing tools (Canva, CapCut, VN, etc.) is a plus
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and current algorithm trends
