Gw pernah pake yg kyk odol gitu. Merk colgate whitening. Keliatan loh lbh mutihin, pas awal2 make.

ipar gue (kebetulan dentist) pernah pake yang merk Opalescent. Giginya beneran lebih putih, keliatan banget bedanya. Pakenya kurang lebih sampe 1 bulan (on daily basis), pokoknya sampe ngabisin 2 tube. Bentuknya ga kayak odol atau strip, tapi kayak pasang tray di gigi. nah, selama proses pemutihan itu, disarankan ga minum atau makan yang berwarna kayak teh, kopi, saos, dll. Setelah pemutihan beres, diminimalkan deh makan atau yang minum yang berwarna itu.

Menurut ipar gua ini, bener banget kalo gigi ga boleh sering2 diputihin karena ngerusak email. Karena dalam email gigi itu banyak kandungannya, seperti mineral, dan air. Kalo gigi diputihin, si obat pemutih ini menyerap air di email itu. Akibatnya email rapuh. Ibaratnya seperti kapur. Kalo kapur tulis dicelupin ke air pasti warna kapurnya jadi keruh. Tapi kalo kering, pasti putih...tapi rapuh. begitu kira2

harganya 50rb an. Pertama pake dulu buat si doi, gigi nya itu lho kuning padahal ngga ngerokok. Ku paksa pake xylin, 2 minggu sdh keliatan mulai agak berubah nih giginya.
Trus belakangan aku pake buat gigiku sendiri, soalnya segarnya lbh enak drpd pake close up
Ini pasta gigi biasa kok
