kadang kl mau bikin Ragu cepet gue pake balsamic vinegar, instead of water/beef broth gitu... rasanya lbh kuat & masaknya jd lbh singkat

maksudnya Ragu pasta sauce ya? tiap balsamic vinegar sama ga rasanya? atau ada yg paling bagus? merk apa?
aku suka bingung mau masukkan ini ke masakan krn takut rasanya jd aneh..
kl salad nya tambahin mayo dulu br pake balsamic? mayo plain aja? atau mayo yg ada rasanya?

balsamic yg enak pasti yg mahal... kebanyakan yg enak buatan italy... kl udh sering nyobain pasti ngerasa deh enakan yg mana... soalnya selera juga
Ragu iyah kayak bumbu pasta gitu, tomato basil garlic EVOO, plg enak Ragu balsamic pake Penne (again selera)
Belom pernah buat salad sayur pake Mayo sih... Salad buah pernah... Tapi gak pernah nyampur Balsamic selain dgn EVOO

Love balsamic vinegar...dikasi olive oil dicocol pake brioche...juwara...

bener! balsamic vinegar smakin tua smakin mahal dan smakin enak, rasanya ada tone manis dan musky. HTH

balsamic vinegar dipake sama salad!!!
itu enak dicampur dengan fresh spinach!
or.. fresh tomatoes!
greek salad, goat cheese.. mmmmmmmmmmmm.. jadi kangen ke foreign resto

beli roti polos, yang savory.. agak ke arah asin ya
di celup dikt (jangan kebanyakan rasanya terlalu strong nanti haha) sama olive oilll bener qeqe75

I love balsamic vinegar with EVOO tentunya. Tapi gw cukup picky sama rasa balsamic vinegar gue suka yang ada a hint of sweetness di after taste nya, gue ga tralu suka yang rasa cuka nya kentara banget. AHhhhh.. I can already imagine what kind of salad yang gue suka di toss sama balsamic vinaigrette dressing.

Salad fav gue itu: a hint of fresh romanian lettuce, plenty of baby spinach, fresh mozzarella cheese, sprinkles of sliced onion, last but not least topped with chunky chopped apple, raisins and walnuts. matii deh ngecesss bnaget gue skg..

Kalo di cocol gue paling suka foccacia sama balsamic and EVOO.

i used to love balsamic vinaigrette on top of my packaged salad (campuran salad greens kayak baby butterhead n wild rockets)...tp karena dinner, sering gue top up pake sausages. nah ini berlemak banget! karena gue lg berusaha ngurangin fat/cholesterol intake gue...ada varian salad laen ga ya yg cocok buat dinner, n reasonably fulfilling, selain resep pencil skirt diatas?

pengen deh bikin ragu lg...tp ragu kl bolognese gitu perlu di simmer lama (2-3 jam), sementara gue anak kos yg cuma bole light cooking haha.
kalo resep diatas tomato, basil, EVOO, balsamic vinegar...apa ga jadi arrabiata sauce ya kl ditambah red chili flakes?

Cres, maksudnya mau mint share resep salad ya? Gw ada sih beberapa. Kl bole suggest mending lo buka thread khusus salad aja biar ga OT. hehe

But kl bahan dasar balsamic vinaigrette sbg sauce selain salad bisa juga fish. Tapi kl menurut gue IMHO pilih white fish yang rasanya abit buttered such as cod fish, sea bass.
Resep gampang ala anak kos nih, haha gw dulu jg anak kos so gw ada beberapa resep easy and healthy. Ribet nyuci2nya bo. Anyways, back:

Fish with balsamic vinaigrette sauce:

Bahan:
Cod/ seabass fillet (sebesar hand palm)
2-3 sliced of lemon
Black pepper
EVOO
Balsamic Vinaigrette (duh gw lupa merk yang dulu gw biasa pakai, ini enak ada manis2nya dikit, but again preference ya) *tapi bisa juga di beri a hint of honey biar rasanya lebih mbulet*
Salt (gue lebih suka yang abit rocky salt)

Cara:
1. Marinate fillet fish dengan perasan air jeruk lemon, taburi dengan grinded black pepper dan salt sesuai selera selama 15-20 min.
2. Dengan menggunakan teflon anti lengket. Sedikit EVOO, pan fried si fillet fish sampai berubah menjadi coklat. angkat sisihkan.
3. Buat saus: 2 sdm EVOO dengan 1-1/2 sdm balsamic vinaigrette, aduk rata dengan 1 sdt honey (bila suka). Siram diatas pan fried fillet.


Sebenernya perbandingan jumlah pemakaian itu rumus gue sndiri sih, bisa disesuaikan dengan masing-masing selera.

Easy peasy tomato antipasto

Bahan:
Tomato di sliced tapi jangan terlalu tipis 1cm cukup
Fresh white mozzarella cheese
Fresh Basil leaf (if like)
Red pepper cut about half size of tomato
EVOO
Balsamic Vinegar

Cara:
1. Grill tomato for little bit, ga usah sampai terlalu coklat. Grill pepper sampai kecoklatan dan benar-benar matang, I personally like it very tender sehingga rasa pepper menjadi manis dan kenyal.
2. Tumpuk tomato, pepper, mozzarella cheese dan basil. Siram dengan campuran saus balsamic vinegar dan EVOO.
3. Taburi sedikit grind pepper jika suka.

pencil skirt, thanks a lot! it's ok kl bukan salad. maonya healthier/fulfilling recipe yg melibatkan balsamic vinegar sih...ga salad jg gpp...kae resep ikan n tomat kamu ok tuh.
disini tempat yg pas ga ya buat nanyain ini?

ikannya dimakan ama apa ya enaknya? gue ga ada ricecooker. maybe bisa pake sides dari new potatoes?

Miss vintage kl gw suggest white fish sih, dori bisa di coba. Kalau salmon in my opinion dia rasanya uda cukup strong sih, but gw ga pernah pake salmon nor tuna. Maybe enak.

Crescent Shadow fish sih bisa makan sama apa aja ya menurut gw side dish nya. Mashed/ boiled potatoes, steamed veggies, kl mau carbs dikit bisa pake pasta sih. Pastanya di pakein EVOO + salt + pepper. Btw new potatoes apa ya?

ntr kl gw inget2 ya gw post resep2.. gw uda lama ga masak sih. lols.. tp boleh ga ya post resep disini?
