bfast: pancake + teh (rosenip-peach) pake madu 'n jahe
lunch: nasi + soto daging + kerupuk udang
dinner: blm kepikir, msh brasa kenyang gini abis nyemil puding susu

Sabtu

B'fast: Milo
Lunch: Dory fish cordon blue, chicken sandwich, fish & chips platter, sup ayam kentel (tapi di sharing semua kok hehe)
Dinner: tapi cap cay, burung dara goreng, cah kangkung

Minggu:
Bfast: Milo
Lunch: sayur asem, siomay goreng
Dinner: nasi goreng jepang, bacon & potato tumis bawang bombay
Snack: curly fries with mayo sauce

pagi...none
siang...ikan bakar n sop iga padang "sepakat"
malem....dinner at mango citos, bistik daging, sapo tahu,udang mayo,buncis daging cincang,tahu garam,cumi garam....uenaaaaaak tenan...

minggu

seharian cm makan lamb frankfurter

hari ini

pagi...baru makan 1/2 Jco ma super bubur rasa abon sapi....

disini gue juga bikin, tapi pake oncom, bawa dari jakarta.

dinner tadi malem akhirnya cuma minum jus mangga, cut papaya & jambu aer. gak makan apa2 soalnya udah kenyang banget.

bfast hari ini: banana nut cruch cereal + susu & good day vanilla latte
