ato kl waktunya mepet palingan ngikut gerakannya novnov saii..perut atas sii udah mulai rata tp yg bawah masii mbandel ni,,

ini hasil ukuran tadi subuh...

lingk leher .... 34cm
ling dada .... 71,5cm
lingk pinggang 68 cm
lingk perut ... 74cm
lingk pinggul 80cm
lingk paha .... 44cm
lingk betis .... 33cm
lingk lengan.. 25cm
perg tangan.. 15cm



kayaknya yg mentok ukuran pinggul dan pergelangan tangan deh. lingkar dada terus berkurang tapi ngga mempengaruhi cup. yang kudu dieksplor ini bagian paha, lengan atas, perut dan betis.

semangat semua...

pagi tadi aku ukur2 cm pinggang aja yg brkurang,,jadi 69cm,,yg lain masii tetep,,hiks..

Pagi ini nimbang di 60 kg... Yeay! Walo masih banyak tapi its a good job for myself. I shed 3 - 4 kgs within 2 weeks.

Semoga bisa terus maintain seperti kalian ya disini. Target aku dalam sebulan bisa shed off 5-6 kg. Skrg bb ku 64kg, kalo bisa by early next month udah 59-58kg. Semangat ladies!!!

kmrn pas mo donor darah gw disuruh timbang badan ama petugasnya, dan gw shock pas liat angka timbangan. kl diitung2 BMI gw nyaris menyatakan kl gw obesitas

hai hai, gw ikutan boleh kan ya?
lagi nurunin berat badan dan mo ngecilin juga, terutama perut ama lengan (tipe badan gede diatas)
awal2 BB gw 73 kg dengan tinggi 168 cm (BMI 25.5)
udah rajin olahraga min 3x sminggu tapi kaga turun2 beratnya..lingkar perut nya 92 cm
trus mulai senen minggu lalu gw diet south beach dikombinasikan olahraga, eh alhamdulillah per tadi pagi berat udah 68 kg
lingkar perut jadi 88 cm (turun 5 kg)
kalo lingkar yang lain belum ngitung, nti de klo da di rumah ya
target gw turun sekitar 5-6 kg lagi, still a long way to go..
mudah2an tetep bisa konsisten yaa

omg banget dahhhhh
gw punya timbangan tapi jarang dipake.. begitu nimbang langsung melotot, apa2an ini ko badan berat bener, kepala 7 ginih..
langsung de berniat diet+exercise
BMI mu berapa sekarang?
