pengen tau tipe tipe kulit hermes doong...ada berapa sih tipe nya? yang gue tau ada yang rada shiny gitu yaa, trus ada yang kaya pebbled gitu, trus ada yang agak bergaris garis?..somebody post pictures of the differences please....

^^^^ ad_w, gue kayanya pernah baca dimana gituh ya (kayanya dari forum sebelah)... Birkin sebenernya bukan dibikin utk jadi tas yg terlalu dressy gitu... Soalnya kan inspirasi nya dari si Jane Birkin, yg orangnya laid back dan rada bohemian. Ada juga si kennedy-siapa, yg naik subway, birkin nya ditaro dibawah (yg ada di forum sebelah pasti tau deh foto ini Smile). Kayanya Birkin juga tas nya lumayan fungsional kan... Bisa dipake kerja. I know some people yg tas kerja nya itu Birkin, krn emang besar dan muat barang2 lmyn banyak. Ini foto yg di-attach fotonya Jane Birkin yah...

Han, coba aja ibu2 hermes ini post tas nya dari deket... Siapa tau jadi keliatan perbedaan kulitnya. wah... Hanz... tipe kulit Hermes banyak banget ya.....
clemence, togo, chevre -> textured
swift -> mulus
box-> shiny

dan masih banyak yang lain.....
ke boutique aja deh... bilangin SA nya mo liat leather book.....[hr]tinkerbell, gw pengennya chevre either fuschia or rose shocking.....
kemaren itu coba order.. tapi ditolak karena gak nawarin chevre. inget gak? chevre sekarang jarang?
aneh juga... gw gak pernah liat chevre birkin di butik, tapinya ngeliat chevre HAC sering.... nah... anehnya.... kalo emang chvre rare, kenapa mereka bisa buat HAC?

Hanzky gue ga selalu nenteng birkin/kelly tp, so far pengalaman gue ke high-end designer boutiques selalu bagus.. ga pernah encounter rude SA (jgn sampe!!).. gue plg suka ya SAs nya Hermes & Chanel... krn meski pas gak kenal SA nya, tiap gue masuk butik nya & lg liat2, pasti di greet dgn polite.. "Hello..." ato "Hi, how may i assist you?".. trs yg gue suka, these SAs selalu ends up ngasi kartu nama mereka eventhough ga diminta, jd in the future gue bs tinggal kontek mereka... polite bgt ya menurut gue.. kl di LV terlalu rame, sampe SAs nya biasa udah kewalahan semua, jd ga sempat greet customers ato even try to be rude to customers

gue di jkt bo, kali deh gue kudu ke NY dulu bela2in, hahahaha..
tapi taun depan sih InsyaAllah gue ama nyokap mau ke europe lagi. gue udah bilang gue mau pergi tapi kudu ke prancis, hehehe. nyokap udah ngerti maksudnya ape, hehehehe...

about chevre in HAC. duh, gue tuh ga demen HAC seh. waktu di Hermes Lyon tuh ada HAC ampe 2 biji, gue sempet matut2 di depan kaca, but still, ada something wrong aja ama tuh tas.
iya ya aneh, kalo emang chevre jarang kenapa yg HAC bisa bertebaran? doesn't make sense at all.

When I thought Collapsible was a bit weird, this one is even more (for me, at least). Kind of remind me of the strange little waist pocket that football players wear when they're playing The New England Patriots in Foxboro stadium in the winter (or any outdoor stadium in the winter, for that matter). The Pats is still unbeatable, by the way, and Tom Brady is still dating the pregnant Ms. Bundchen. Doh!

hanzky gue juga untungnya sampe sekarang ga pernah ngalamin perlakuan rude dari SA Hermes, atau other high-end boutiques. malahan waktu dulu gue beliin mom-in-law gue hermes, gue sempet 'ngacak2' tas nya gitu :P ngacaknya bukan yang macem2 lhoo...gue cuma cek dengan teliti aja soalnya mau kasih mertua. hehehe..tapi SA nya anteng aja tetep ngelayanin dengan polite
