yup, i'm back, baru sekali nih ke pegadaian jadi gw juga baru tahu itung itungannya.
LM 25 gr
harga 13.087.000
margin 458.045
total 13.545.045

DP (30%) 4.063.514
Ongkos kirim 36.309
Admin 50.000
Total Bayar Pertama 4.149.823
Angsuran per bulan (3 bln)dibulatkan 3.160.600
jadi kalau ditotal DP 4.149.823 + 3x angsuran 9.481.800 = 13.631.623 : 25 = 545.265/gr
Beli di TE (529.000 x 25 gr)+ongkos cetak 125 rb = 13.350.000:25 = 534.000/gr

kalau begitu mending beli di pegadaian. harga beda dikit sama te tapi boleh diangsur 3 bulan. jadi pengen buat + & - antara cicil emas di pegadaian dg bank syariah etapi kalo yg muslim ini cuma buat yg setuju/membolehkan sm cicil emas ya. yg gak setuju skip aja

ellen thanks banget info pegadaiannya yaaa...aku jg tadinya berfikir kl pegadaian biaya cicilannya mahal, ternyata ga juga ya...malah lbh enak cicil 3 bulan beda dikitttt bangetttt dgn bayar cash hehehehehe

sweetalice,adylla,maminita, ya, ini bisa jadi alternatif buat beli LM, apalagi kalau barang kosong dan TE kasih harga tinggi. kayaknya bakal sering nih gw nenamu ke pegadaian. eh btw buat info kalau ada yg mau gadai emas di pegadaian bisa dapet 92% dr harga emas dan bunga 1,2%/15 hr. jangka waktu gadai paling lama 4 bln.

akhirnya hasil berbincang sama hubby, mutusin mau coba cicil emas di pegadaian
Pingin telpon dulu mau minta diitungin estimasi cicil 50 gram selama 6 bulan

yuniyuni88 beli cash bisa di pegadaian, tp mrk pakai margin (profit) 3%. jd hitungan utk beli tunai = harga emas + 3% margin + administrasi. Di flyer nya biaya administrasi adalah 50rb.

yuniyuni88, di pegadaian tempat gw tadi kredit kagak bisa beli emas tunai, katanya kalau beli tunai tidak semua pegadaian bisa, hanya pegadaian tertentu saja.
spency_chuchu, mungkin kemaren dapat dibawah harga TE karena harga TE jauh diatas antam kali ya,kalau tadi kan selisihnya nggak jauh harga antam 523.480 dan harga TE 529.000

@ Ellen : kmrn sara dpt perhitungan di bwh harga antam malah klo ga salah.mgkn pegadaian yg dikau dtgin sm kejamnya sm di tmptku,no cash,kudu cicil eh,tapi kali ini(kemarin mksdnya) lucu,LM turun byk harga antam n TE malah ga sejauh kemaren2,biasa klo turun banyak bedanya bisa di atas 10rb...

kayaknya emas lagi langka ya >.< stoknya di logam mulia not available semua gitu. trus kmaren tanya ke toko emas juga pada bilang gak ada barang, padahal mumpung emas turun banyak

emang di TE rata2 beli LM kena ongkos cetak ya?kok di venice sm anugrah gw ga kena apa2 lgi apa krn gw beli gram kecil macam 5-10gr ya? info dong kalo di anugrah beli diatas 10 gr kena ongkos cetak ga?
