Ternyata di Amrik sana sama aja ketatnya yah, nasib dah tinggal di negeri orang, mo bawa makanan gak bebas....ada uang gak ada yang jualan....hehehe.

Payah nih,di jogja ga ada masakan padang yg oke..ttp aja ada rasa manisnya..hehehe

marsupilami yap, waktu gw ke jogja gw juga suseh nyari restoran padang yg pedes, tp gw menemukan sate padang , yang masih ada rasa padangnya di malioboro, adanya sore ampe malam ...., jualnya kaki lima gitu heheh...


mikimoto denger cerita lu gw ngakak tapi sedih, heheh...., susah ya boww kl dah pengen masakan padang tp gak ada yang jual ;(

puti yoi nih...pengen berat. mau bikin rendang males, soalnya masaknya seharian trus udah gitu yg makan cuman gw doang, jadi kalo bikin dikit berasanya rugi

gue makan padang tuh kering, ga pake kuah (dibiasain, ceritanya berusaha ngurangin kolesterol).
lauknya, ayam goreng kering, paru goreng (lah nambah kolesterol dong), duan singkong rebus sepiring

Wrong: Coconut oil increases the risk of heart disease.

Right: Coconut oil helps prevent heart ailments as it has antiviral and antimicrobial properties. People who regularly consume coconut oil (those from tropical regions like Polynesia, Sri Lanka, Philippines, etc.) have the lowest incidence of coronary heart disease. Because it is cholesterol free, coconut oil is good for the heart.

Wrong: Coconut oil is fattening.

Right: Contrary to popular belief, coconut oil can aid weight loss. It has fewer calories than other fats but has more carbohydrates and proteins. The carbohydrates and proteins will satisfy hunger faster. It also speeds up metabolism.

tapi karena babe gue doyannya kuah padang n rendang, seringnya dibeliin sari bundo jaman dulu gue masi di jakarta, ya begono.
