@jt_angel: icsi itu setelah telor dan sperma di ambil.. Telornya di buahin dgn cara disuntikin 1 sperma.. Klo lama BT aku konsultasi awal november, trus karena kepentok libur natal n taon baru jadi jadwal BT nya dijadiin januari.. Klo masih konsultasi sie aku bolak balik.. Jt_angel, bantuin jawab ya... Konsulnya sebelum mulai tindakan suntik menyuntik untuk perangsangan pematangan telur tergantung hasil screening hormon dan usg rahim kamu. If you're good to go, yah bisa langsung mulai suntik di hari mens ke-2, jadi baiknya datang konsul periksa itu menss hari pertama jadi bisa screening hormon (tes lab screening awal yang diperlukan).. Kemudian juga usg trans-v untuk lihat apakah rahimnya bersih dari miom, kista, dll.
Prosess suntik menyuntiknya sendiri sampai pengambilan telur dan kemudian penanaman embrio ke rahim itulah yang memakan waktu ± 19 harian. Bolak balik ke dokter pasti karena ketika kamu suntik Gonal F untuk mematangkan telur selama 12 hari , setiap 2/3 hari sekali diusg untuk melihat perkembangan telurnya. Telur yang dianggap memenuhi syarat adalah yang ukurannya min.diameter 18mm. Gunanya diusg untuk tahu dosis yang tepat supaya tidak terjadi hiperstimulasi (kebanyakan telur hingga perut membengkak). Lalu kalau sudah hari ke-14,diberi suntikan ovidrel untuk memecahkan telur.2 hari kemudian dilaksanakan operasi pengambilan telur. Dari telur-telur yang didapat ini kemudian disatukan dengan sperma dan menjadi embrio. 3 hari kemudian ditanam ke rahim. Setelah itu? Menunggu 2 minggu untuk tes apakah embrionya menempel/tidak. Tesnya melalui urin dan darah. Biasanya juga disuntik penguat rahim. Pantangannya ya ga boleh minum kafein, oles sesuatu yang panas di perut, olahraga yang berat, sepertinya itu saja.
