Dew, kalo hypnolangsing ini bisa pake CD yg dipasang kalo kita lagi tidur gitu nggak sih? Kan semi-hypno juga tuh...
Soalnya dulu gw suka pusing2, pas gw terapi pake CD yg memang ditujukan untuk nyembuhin pusing2 tiap harinya, pusing2 gw ilang tanpa obat. Ditempat gw beli (Shambala PIM South Skywalk), ada juga tuh CD semi-hipnotis yang buat diet....

taz...emang intinya kita melatih diri sendiri sih. Tapi pada saat kelas itu, ada terapi sugesti yang dilakukan sama hypnoterapisnya.
