tango fruit, sup ayam jamur bumbunya apa aja ya?? warnanya agak coklat gtu, dipakein kecap ya??

stlh bbrp hari minggu lalu gw ngga masak krn flu buerattt, mana ngga ada pembokat pulak, jadilah beli makanan di luar..baru mulai kmrn gw masak lagi.
hari ini masak :
-Asem-asem daging (kaporit gw n misua banget)
-Tahu teri tumis tomat ijo
-Jamur goreng tepung gw pake jamur grey oyster... (btw, maren gw beli yg jamur portabela di carrefour tp koq bentuknya laen ya? sama agak item2 gtu kan jamurnya)

itu jamur grey oyster, gw beli di superindo..tp di supermarket2 laen ada juga koq...biasanya dijual udah dalam kondisi bersih gitu
emang kliatan kotak2 krn scara ukurannya gede, jadilah gw potong2 gtu hahaha...biar enteng masuk mulutnya

Kalo bumbu buat ngungkep ayam kuning, gue baca2 mirip ama bumbu kuah soto bening. Malah ampas bumbu bekas ngungkep (mrnt gue) lebih gurih, karena bekas ngungkep ayam. Makanya bisa di recycle. hehe....cuma kudu ditambahin garam, sereh dll...biar rasanya lebih nendang. Terus abis itu disaring, soalnya kl engga ntr keselek ampas
