kluk2 gw dulu trial & error ya pake tepungnya. tp my fave buat segala hal pertepungan adalah:
- tepung terigu
- tepung sagu/maizena (banyakin kalo mau crispy)
- telor kocok (dikit aja yee, kayak 1/2 telor atau 1/4, tergantung banyaknya bahan yg mau digoreng)
- royco
- minyak wijen dikiiiiiiit

adonan musti dibikin kentel sekentel2nya yaa

hi semua baru join thread ini lagi setelah sekian lama..

hari ini cuma masak nasi goreng taoco & tumis sawi kriting

nivea kamu rajin masak ya
cuticlementine aku mo ikutan nyobain ya resep daging cincangnya
kluk, violet kalo aku bikin jamur goreng pake jamur enoki.

pernah sekali mau goreng jamur pake bumbu merk K*****ky, ih sebel masa bau kecoa bumbunya..huh gagal goreng deh pagi itu mana jamur ud dicuci & ga ada persediaan bumbu goreng lagi...

mikimoto, marcie mana nih ud lama juga ga posting hasil masak memasaknya

nivea Samaan donk kitaaahh.. gw juga sering liat resep dari link keluarga nugraha juga. hihihhi. iya tempe disini gila2an harganya. kalo di kurs in sekitar 50 ribu, yang segede batu bata di bungkus plastik itu.

-tempe orek

daunnya lebih halus dari sayur caisim (sawi hijau) biasa & batangnya juga lebih renyah...kalo di giant / hypermart kayanya ga jual deh ga pernah liat soalnya, aku beli di pasar.

kluk2 : gw belum pernah nyobain jamur goreng tepung tapi sering denger orang2 bilang enak, pengen nyoba ah. Itu jamurnya yang lebarrr dan putih bersih gitu bukan ? kalo gak salah namanya jamur tiram yah ? Tapi setauku jamur itu menyerap air gitu, itu tepungnya dicampur air lagi atau kering2 gitu sih ? he he soalnya gw paling jarang masak yang pake pertepungan gitu. Kayaknya pake jamur champignon enak juga nih.
