Haii Ibu2...Slmt Pagi..

Ikutan yaak..jamur goreng tepung itu makanan kaporit kelg ku..Hr ini aku mo masak itu deh..Aku prefer pake tepung yg "supercrispy"..garing tenan....trus pake sambel botol..plus tumis buncis,kacang panjang en tempe plus lg deh..sambel tinur rangsak buatan misuaku..

pagi2 gini, udah goreng bandeng presto, sama tahu goreng plus nyambel.. udah..
bandeng nya sblm digoreng gw suka dicelupin dulu ke kocokan telor, sisanya didadar kering mirip kremes

kalo jamur goreng tepung, gw seringnya pake jamur champignon. enyaak! di carrefour aau supermarket2 lain ada kok, sekotak plastik kurleb 10 rb & isinya banyak & gede2. kalo gw sih di potong2 lagi ya biar makin crispy & gurih

bhn : jamur - sesuai selera jamurnya..
( kalo aku pake jamur portabela - ciri2nya : jamurnya mekar ada
tangkainya warnanya putih - di carefur diblgnya portabela)
kalo aku biasa beli di tk sayur yg lwt - sebungkus rp 4 rb
- tepungnya : tepung KOBE Supercrispy - rp. 2500/bks (kemasannya
biru ada gbr 3 drumstick ayam) - di carefur ada

how to cook : 1. Jamurnya dibersihin dulu.. Tangkainya dibuang.. trus
dipotong2 sesuai seleranya..(kaLo aku dipotong 2)
2. Jamurnya di mix ke daLam tepung.. sampe jamurnya
ketutupan tepung semua..
3. TinggaL goreng deh sampe warna kecoklatan..(Jangan
Lama2 gorengnya ntar gosong) apinya sedang aja..
4. SIAP DISIKAT~~
