need help ntar malem mau masak scallop enak ny diapain ya?ga pengen yang dicampur k sayur.jadi scallop sebagai yang utama.biasa dimasak dengan tahu dan cabe rawit.cuma uda bosen.daritadi liat d inet pada menu ny yang untuk disiram d atas brokoli dll..kalo ga di fried gitu.sedangkan mau ny masakan aga kayak chinese food dikit.hehehehe..

Bukan kerang darah say. Kerang tahu kali ya namanya? Bentuk cangkangnya bunder datar selebar compact powder, warna agak coklat2 gitu.

hiks..hikkss.. kemaren gw cobain bikin kremesan dari resep mba Ayufie (page 48) tapi koq gagal sih ga jadi kremesan malah jadi nya kaya kulit bakwan...hiksss...aku ga poto karna malu boo...jadinya elek banget...

sisa rebusan sdh dicampur tepung gak? terus pas gorengnya harus sabar krn mmg agak lama sampe jadi bener2 kering dan warnanya coklat. baru deh angkat. lagian klo ga sampe goreng kering akan susah diangkat kok.
