paradis : ohhh kayaknya gua suka nih menu ginian walaupun gak pernah nyoba masak pake daging sapi, tapi versi gua kuahnya sedikit ajah dan ditambah daun bawang besar, bawang bombai, chilli oil, paprika hijau dan merah. Paprika enak yah bikin wangi tapi gak pedes2 amat.

Pertamanya harus direbus-peres-rebus-peres (2 kali ya) biar paitnya agak ilang.....terus baru di tumis pake bawang putih, wortel (bisa juga kangkung/buncis...biar ga terlalu dominan pait), sama cabe merah.

hihi foto nya kecil banget, upload di flickr

Bahan :
Cumi segar +/- 300gr, bersihkan, potong cincin.
2 buah telur ayam
2 batang daun bawang, iris
2 siung bawang putih
2siung bawang merah
1 siung bawang bombay
5 buah cabe rawit
1 sdm saus tiram
2 sdm saus sambal botolan
1 sdm saus tomat botolan
+/- 1 sdm gula pasir
2 sdm minyak goreng
Garam (secukupnya)

Cara :
- Lumuri cumi dgn garam, diamkan +/- 15 menit
- Tumis daun bawang, bawang bombay, bawang merahdan bawang putih dgn minyak sampai layu
- Masukan cumi
- dan masukin telur lalu orak arik
- Masukkan saus tiram, saus sambal, saus tomat, gula, garam secukupnya, masak sampai meresap

Nah, barusan habis bikin ayam kremes as dinner menu. Krn males bikin sambel2an, jd makanya pake sambel badjak botolan. sebagai hiasannya lalapan mentimun..
