wah jess kebetulan banget ntar malem aku rencana mau bikin grilled squid. 2 hari lalu aku masak Squid pake XO sauce jg hehehe, semalem ga masak ke gym, tadi pagi bikin grilled pork yg uda dimarinate buat lunch ntar siang di kantor.

kalo grill squid kan gak pake oil sama sekali, jadi kemaren aku kepikiran buat bikin itu..kalo kayak yg kamu buat kan tumis bawang bombay sama garlicnya pake oil sedikit ya..hubby gak mau..tambah cerewet deh..

Squid with xo sauce nya beli jadi, bikin sdr ga sempet waktunya, km mau bikin sdr xo sauce? Ho oh pake sesame oil dikit masaknya.

jessi XO sauce aku ada resep nya ntar aku post di tret, aku sih beli jadi krn disini banyak resto2 yg jual homemade XO Sauce.
Blueberry nya yg fresh, kadang aku ganti pake anggur merah yg seedless enak juga ga usah pake gula lagi dah manis, blueberry mahal soale hehehe klo anggur sepak gede lebih murah.
Disini lagi musim buah lychee , red cherry, disana dah musim blom ?

jess iya nih tiba2 kepikiran cereal prawns, disini sering makan menu itu soale populer disini. Pake curry leaves enak garing dan wangi. Km pernah bikin gak? Tadi aku pake oatmeal suami punya wkwk ga beli cereal prawn instant nya. Suami ga mau keluar rumah lagi males jadi aku masak deh huhu.
Aku blom pernah bikin nasi hainam nih mungkin krn disini di kopitam banyak jual hainan chicken rice jd bosen. Dl nyokap sering bikin di indo enakkk pake ayam pa cam keh.
