ada yang tau cara untuk buat fish stock ga ..

yang aku tau kan .. salah satu bahannya .. yaitu .. menggunakan tulang ikan .. biasanya menggunakan tulang ikan apa itu ya .. & untuk beratnya berapa kira2 .. untuk perbandingan 1 setengah liter air untuk tulang ikannya

hari ini masak spicy salt shrimp (udang cabe garam) plus tahu dan jamus hioko saus tiram. bahagia hatiku liat hubby lahap banget makannya

hari ini masak cumi saus tomat pedas. cuminya diambil dari calamari beku yang dibuang balutan tepungnya n dicuci2 bersih dari minyak(Kmrn goreng calamari kebayakan n berminyak banget)

hari ini mau masak capcay kuah aja sama goreng ma-ling sisa bikin sop minggu lalu.

kalunggaezy, pas gw lagi pegang bukunya primarasa neh, ada cara bikin fish stock. tulangnya pake tulang ikan kakap. ntar gw posting di tret resep deh. *skrgmasakduluyeeeee*

kemaren mencoba bikin buncis sapi sze chuan.. dan malemnya bikin ca buncis udang berhubung mau ngabisin buncisnya..
