ikutan ah... Mo diet edan2an lagi
16 April 2009 TB/BB : 1,5 meter aja (kayak lebar kain)/60kg (naik gara2 ke cipanas dari bangun sampe tidur makan mulu) target : jangka panjang jadi 45kg (pls smoga berhasil), tapi bulan depan target turun 8kg diet : ngelancarin BAB pake melilea, stop ngemil pake WSC, ganti snack sama buah/minuman + tepung mata beras, ga makan setelah jam 6PM sarapan : kopi + tepung mata beras snack : melilea + apple juice makan siang : tepung beras stoberi + susu low fat, kalo masih laper makan plum snack : melilea + apple juice makan malam : tepung beras stoberi campur air dingin (semoga bener2 bisa makan itu doang) dan sodara-sodara...akhirnya diet gw gatot. Ini menu yg sesungguhnya: sarapan: kopi+ tepung mata beras snack: susu low calorie + tepung beras stroberi siang: kani something (sejenis crab cake) 4 biji di hoka-hoka bento, no rice snack: 2 piring sushi ukuran sushi tei + 1 cinnamon roll cinnzeo (enak banget) malam: 2 potong empek2 (seukuran jempol tangan doang) + melilea & apple juice

pinkie heart, kayanya rahasianya "timbangan rusak" hahaha...
soalnya g nimbang kok beda2 mulu ya, jadi bingung, besoknya itu pas nimbang udah 62.5 trus malemnya udah 61.5 lagi, besoknya lagi 62. padahal udah ngikutin anjurannya bloomwood timbangannya ga digeser2 sama sekali. My First week 1st April 2009 dengan BB 86kg TODAY TB =162 cm BB = 84 kg Lingkar dada/ perut/ lengan/ paha = 105/102/33/60 cm Target Weight: - 65kg Doain smoga berhasil yahhhh temens..... Breakfast:- Strawberry smoothie Lunch:- Pasta Salad Dinner:- belom tahu nich biasanya makan buah aja....

dhutama, beneran tuh bisa makan segitu doang? seandainya aku bisa (berandai-andai), wah pasti aku dah turun juga beratnya. Tapi ga bisa nahan euy, makanan di meja enak2 semua, mertua g rajin bawain makanan enak tiap abis pergi, dan hampir tiap hari beliau pergi mulu T_T (mustinya bersyukur ya, tapi...., jadi serba salah)

Weekksss mau ikutan ahh..kok berat badan gw mentok ga turun2 lagi, setelah turun 15kg 6bln yang lalu..ga olahraga siy emang..*ga pernah doyan olahraga*
17 April 2009 tinggi/berat: 162/54..pengeeeeen banget 50kg lagi seperti sblm melahirkan...kenapa syusaaah..huhuhuhu Sarapan: nasi pake oseng2 daging,,porsi keciiiil banget..*maklum org indonesia ga bs ga ketemu nasi* Lunch: bawa bento dr rumah alias makanan rumah..nasi n lauk2 sekedarnya..1 kotak bento gitu Malem: sepertinya hubby mau ngajakin ke sushi tei.. *Gimana mau turun lagi..wong makannya aja nasi moloo*

sarapan: kopi tubruk snack: sour sally green tea combo medium size (+strawberry & peach) lunch: 1 potong ayam goreng + penutupnya kue sus green tea snack: 2 genggam mild salted peanut + beberapa castengels (susah banget ngerem ngemil kalo nyokap udah pulang kerja. Kita makan terus soalnya) malam: tepung beras strawberry + susu diet dari shapeworks (udah lama terbengkalai, nemu di pojok lemari) hasilnya, pagi ini (18 april), berat tetep 60kg aja, tapi BABnya lancaaar banget
