Libur euy....Jumat, 10 April 2009
Classic chick: sukses ya nurunin berat badannya..tiap hari aja nimbang badan and report-nya say, biar semangat terus... karena kan jadi harus laporan diet...heheheh
Tingi Badan: dulu waktu bikin SIM 165cm, waktu ikut2 jadi spg rokok 166cm, eh terakhir ukur di dr grace waktu konsul diet ke dia (yg gagal juga krn males), jadi 163 anehh ya badanku? tapi jadi 163 aja deh ya..(biar boleh sampe 48kgan hehe)
Berat Badan ( i always do it naked, in the morning after the toilet things :P ): 67,8 kg! yiiihaaa..i lost 200 gram dibanding kemarin..thank god..padahal kmrn udah gila2an makan, kambing pula, mana malem2 makan spageti sedikit dan makan richessee 1 batang...untung.......(tapi dibanding sebelum diet, aku emang parah sih maruknya hehehe)

Jenis Diet: Diet Kualitatif campur Diet Kalori (yang makan-nya ga maruk)
Breakfast: Susu coklat manis 250mili + soto daging sedikit n nasi 2 sdm
Lunch: 250 ml jus semangka, nasi 6 sdm +semur jengkol...:P , haduh...gimana yaahh..ada depan mata..ga tahan, akhirnya soto bandung aku skip ganti si semur prancis inih...

Exercise: ga da, pi kayaknya paling mau keliling grand indoneis
Note: Sebaiknya menimbang menggunakan timbangan yang sama dan posisi timbangan di tempat yang sama (beda bbrp cm atau meter bisa saja terjadi kemungkinan hasil berbeda sedikit, karena gravitasi di tiap jengkal bumi bisa berbeda2 sedikit)

hr ni daku br mulai diet lg. pake herbalife... hehe...
BB hr ni 67kg...

berusaha untuk banyak minum air putih dan mengurangi mengemil...

target BB: 55kg.
Moga2 akhir bulan ni bisa jd 63 kg. Amin...
ngukur2 lingkar2 semua ntar malem ah... ku post bsk ya..

ayo kita sama2 bjuang, kawan!

waduh, pada masih semangat ya.
Aku nih selama libur, dietnya libur juga, hehehe... abis ga bisa nahan, tiap kali makan ke resto, yang mesen semua gila2an, ga abis pada saling nuding, suruh tanggung jawab. Ya udah, batal deh diet. Apalagi abis ke hypermart tiba2 ada promo walls buy one get one. Ga mau ketinggalan, ikutan rebutan juga. Nyampe rumah ternyata di kulkas masih ada baskin robin sama ice cake campina utuh blom di sentuh. Waks... pada minta tanggung jawab lagi, ya sutra, malem2 ngelahap es krim rame2. hiks, diet ku hancur lebur T_T

tadi siang mesotherapy lagi.
udah ukur lingkar semua.
hasil suntik meso + diet dalam 1 minggu
cuma turun dikit akibat liburan minggu ini.
TB :163 cm
BB 1 minggu lalu: 54.4 kg

saat ini :
lingkar perut: 74cm (kurang 1cm)
lingkar pinggul : 87cm (kurang 2cm)
lingkar paha: 56cm (kurang 1cm)
lingkar lengan: 30cm (masih sama)
BB saat ini: 53.8 kg (turun 600 gram)

karena pipi gw tembem, dan body lurus alias ga berpinggang. berat segitu tetep keliatan gemuk say. masih berjuang sampe 50kg nih >.<

setelah lama bgt ga nimbang, tadi sempetin nimbang kok turun lumayan banyak ya, surprise bgt. Tapi hari ini pake timbangannya beda sih, jadi mungkin karna beda timbangan itu yg bikin beda beratnya ya. Tapi cukup menggembirakan sih, skrg BB jadi 61.5, kalo bener berarti turun 2.5 kg. Tapi ga mau puas dulu ah, kalo gara2 salah timbangan kan bisa2 g naik lagi, huhu...

dhutama, kayanya boleh ditiru ya, sok galak aja biar ga disuruh tanggung jwb ngabisin makanan, hahaha...

malem: roti coklat

menu makan maren,
pagi: skip
siang: nasi uduk en tempe orek 1/4 porsi
malem: sup ayam.

menu makan ari ini,
pagi: skip
siang: nasi kuning
malem: roti coklat.

belom nimbang BB nie sekarang mw nimbang 1x 1 minggu dah...
soalna kalo tiap ari nimbang, kalo ga turun gw suka makin ekstrim diet na...

Hai haiii.. mau ikutan yahh, aku lagi naik nih beratnya sejak liburan (belom turun-turun sampe skrg..)

TB: 156 cm
BB: 48.3 kg

rencananya mau nurunin sampe 45an lah (berat normal), my diet program:
-kurangin makan (tp blom kejadian)
-banyak minum air putih
-ga ngemil

ayo semangattt..

Alamak....Ga mosting2 keasyikan libur dan foya2....
Alhasil timbangan balik lagi ke 68,5..gapapa deh pan tadinya juga 71....yg penting sekarang makanku udah berkurang ga gila2an lagi dan ga kelaperan dengan menu yg sedikit (istilahnya udah biasa makan sedikit sekarang)

Ciaattt, mau diets ketats karena balik ke 68,5kg sebel2 sebel2...emang liburan tuh berbahaya ya hehehe...
Breakfast: Susu indomilk coklat 250 ml
Lunch: kayaknya ikan dan jus
Dinner: Kayaknya ikan dan jus
Selingan: Mungkin ditahan ga makan selingan kalau ga tahan minum susu manis 150 ml
okeh teman2 ntar di edit ya malam.....
