hai hai,,, aku ikutan yaaa.. baru liat ada forum ini... sebenernya udah mulai dari awal juni yang lalu....

Minggu Pertama : Senin, 1 Juni 2009
TB :165 cm
BB : 64kg

My Diet Program is:

makan pagi: roti tawar 1 tangkep pake meses & mentega
makan siang: kentang rebus + telur rebus , kombinasi dgn brokoli+tahu, gak makan nasi
makan malem: lauk pauk atau buah atau yoghurt yg ada aja dirumah.
(cuma berlaku weekdays, weekend rada longgar, makan nasi tapi sedikit)
oyah, 2 hari sekali minumin wootekh slim capsul, atau kalo lagi mood aja. pas minum kapsul ini harus sering2 minum biar gak dehidrasi.

Exercice : seminggu sekali aerobic atau berenang (sebelum olahraga minum wrp bodyshape)

My Goal :
Target 55-57 kg which means turun 5 kg lagi dalam 3 bulan ini. mo kawin bok eyke! hehehhe...

so far baru turun 4kg, seminggu pertama sih cepet, langsung 3kg, tapi berikutnya naik-turun terus, skr baru mulai stabil di 60kg.. trus lingkar badan, dada yg lain lupa, nanti deh diukurnya, kalo gak salah sih semua turun 3cm.

dulu pernah akupunktur di liz, cepet banget sih turunnya, tapi begitu berhenti cepet banget balik ke berat semula (mungkin karna gak dibarengin niat ya. hehhe)

aku dan suami bermasalah dengan gaya hidup ternyata, masa kemaren di sanyo counter aku di cek asam urat lebih tinggi dari normal...huuuuaaaa...masa sih, umur baru 30 tahun...hiks hiks...makanya sekartang ngegym berdua dua hari sekali tiap sore...

target: 50 kg deh (gayaaa bgt dehhhhh....hehehehe...)
diet: belum masih makan normal
exercise: treadmil 30 menit angkat beban dikit2
rencana mau akupuntur kesehatan (tanpa obat), tapi entah kapan...
ayo semuah semangatss....

1st April 2009 dengan BB 86kg
16th April 2009 -84kg
29th April 2009 - 81.5kg
14th May 2009 - 81.5kg
26th May 2009 - 80kg
5th June 2009 - 81kg
25th June 2009 - 79kg

TODAY

TB =162 cm BB = 79kg -> waa waaa gak gerakkkkk
Target Weight: - 65kg

Lamer_addictwah semangatnya karena saya pengen hamil lagi dalam waktu dekat cuma aku cuman jaga makan yah (Nasi cuma makan on the weekend)..... olahraga gak rutin (olah raga paling house work, main sama anak) tujuan ikut forum ini kan spaya semangat nurunin BB yah dan BB sperti diriku emang wajib di turunin..... kalo gak gak bisa menikmati baju cantek-cantek di MP hehehehee

olahraga belum diet huikss....
itu pake apa aja bisa turun banyak gitu rit?
bb : 70kg hari ini, harus semangatssss.....bareng ah mau kejar2an ma ritarif :P , mau hamil juga nih, biar ga terlalu strecthmark ntarnya...

TB =terakhir diukyur di dr grace klinik estetika 163 cm ( hitung sekali lagi yang tepat loh...soalnya jaman aku jadi spg rokok lucky strike, marlboro, dsb saat sma-kuliah doloo, perasaan di ukur selalu 167 atau 165 paling apes pas bikin SIM, kalau nggak kan gakan diterima kerja jagaan rokok (oh berdosanya dahulu, nawar2in orang merokok, sekarang benci bgt ma rokok, dah putus hubungan dengan rokok hohhoho...)
BB = 70,4 kg
My Diet Program is= tidak pakai obat2an atau suntik2an (udah pernah dan ternyata butuhnya kedisiplinan), this time, pure mau diet sehat, mungkin ala Diet Kualitatif mixed with Diet Southbeach sama mau akupuntur kalau sempet yg tanpa obat yak tetep..
Diet Menu today:
breakfast = susu low fat 250 mili
lunch = bakmi kepiting pontianak MKG, nah lhooo....
selingan sore = cheeseball roti boy 3 biji (nah lhooo....)
dinner = sedikit nasi, dan ayam goreng stengah porsi
Today Exercise = huiks..tidak lari pagi, tidak ke gym
My Goal = Tembus 55 kg seperti dahulu dalam waktu 6 bulan ke depan (sukur sukur bisa 50kg..huaahh) dan bisa hamil lagi, yg sehat tanpa overweight bgt bgt...

Alow smuah , sukur deh bisa nemu tret ini..kebeneran bgt lg program diet tp susehnya 1/2 mati deh, sll tbentur maag yg uda kronis.
TB : 162
BB 2 tahun lalu: 50 kg
BB Setaun lalu : 55 kg
BB minggu lalu : 59 kg
BB skr : 58
Target : 50 lagi dong, sukur2 jadi 47 (ngarep.com)
laennya blon sempet ngukur.
Jam 7 pagi : minum GFO melilea (buat detox n mlancarkan metabolisme)
Jam 10 : pepaya 1 piring besar ( rakus amat ya, hihi)
Jam 12 : makan nasi biasa pake ikan n sayur ijo (lg musuhan sama daging)
Jam 4 sore : makan buah/minum susu kedelai
Jam 7 mlm :GFO lagi
Banyak minum aer putih
Uda seminggu nerapin pola mkn kaya di atas, moga2 aja brasil soalnya sminggu trakhir maag uda jarang kumat jg.
No exercise..(uda 2 th g pernah olahraga samasekali...

mau ikutaaan, tapi blom bisa diet karena lagi nyusuin hehehe..
tb 162 cm
bb gue yoyo bener deh

maret 2006 klimaksnya di 78 kilo
maret 2008 turun ke 52 kilo (kawinan)
juli 2008 55 kilo (awal hamil)
maret 2009 75 kilo (akhir hamil)
april 2009 66 kilo
mei 2009 65 kilo
juni 2009 64 kilo (sekilo2 doang turunnya)

target bisa turun sekilo per bulan sampai stabil di 55 kilo (9 months from now).

BB pagi : 57,3
BB siang : 58,0 (hwaaa naek 7 ons..)
Jam 6 pagi : susu kedelai
Jam 8 pagi : GFO melilea
Jam 10 : pepaya n melon
Jam 12 : nasi, sayur, acar ikan
Buat malem kayanya mkn sayur n buah aja deh, dan wiken adl godaan tebesarrrrr.. moga2 bisa tahan

ikutan ahhh.. ^^

tb : 165cm
bb : 52kg

my goal : 45kg

my diet program : lewat dari jam 6 ga makan... n since gw gym pagi jd skip sarapan d.. ga pake ngemil, kl mau ngemil minum aer putih ja.. tp kl weekend ga ada diet2an.. hehehehehe ^^

exercise : threadmill n sit-up n angkat beban dikit2..

dah sebulan c... n dah turun 3 kg.... hehehehehe ^^


btw... yg diet apel tu beneran ngepek y?jadi sharian cm mam apel geto y? slama berapa lama? ada efek ga ke stamina?? ^^

padahal bbrp bulan lalu sempet 51kg..

gara2 nafsu makan lagi memuncak,,jadi gagal semua usahaa yg dilakukan selama ini

Tapi ko suseh bener ya tibang mu turun sekilo doang. Tapi yg pasti sebulan trakhir uda g pernah mkn mlm lagi. Kemaren2 sll aja kebablasan, gara2 sll plg kantor mlm bawaannya laper mulu, n jd g bs tdr kl blon mkn. Mmg agak susah kl lgs stop skaligus, palagi kl hrs pisah dari nasi, aiiihhh mana tahan. Akyu kan org indonesia banged, blon mkn kl blon nemu nasi, hehe. Bertahap dl aja deh biar g tll kaget.

Moga2 dgn tret ini ktm org2 senasip sepenanggungan, dietnya jd semangat, mari..mari..ibu2 kita berjuaang sampe titik darah penghabisan!!

bulan kemaren: 160 cm/50 kg
bulan ini: 160 cm/47.5 kg

kagak pake diet2an carbo atau apalah wong ga niat juga ngurusin badan. cukup saban hari dibikin setres dengan angkot, pjka belanda, jarang *read: ampir kagak pernah* ngemil, makan pisang saban hari dan last but not least tiap hari naik sepedah di dusun

my diet program : ge nyoba detox makan buah 3hari... dah hari ketiga dah turun 1,5kg... hehehe... jadi hari pertama gua cm mam apel ja... begitu laper mam apel.. hari kedua pepaya.. hari ketiga apel lage... katanya cm bole apel/pepaya/smangka.. n mestinya minum aer campur lemon pagi2 tp takut maag kna,jd ga d... n mestinya jg djus, tp ga suka, jd makan bulet2 d ^^

exercise : ga ada... wkwkwkwk... 3hari neh bolong gym.. lemes soalnya..

moga2 goal gua 2,5kg lage tercapai ^^
