dubidubidam, gak koq... badan gw juga seelu... malah gw ngarepnya bisa mpe 49 kg.. awalnya 54 kg.. udah 2 mingguan malah tambah melar... tergoda rayuan es krim..

All, mo sharing aja nie......
Sebelom hamil berat 44-45Kg, after hamil hampir 70Kg ! sekarang 42,5 - 43,5 Kg.... makan biasa aja tapi aku pake estebel seri profesional, kalo merasa rada gemuk aku olesin lg.....trus wrap pake plastic 1 jam.....wort it to try....soalnya aku males nge'gym.... |

Ampun.....
Ga posting2.....ga diet2.....ga buka2 fd udah lama juga kayaknya nih aku...sibuk, suami sakit mulu, malah bolak balik opname masuk rumah sakit. belakangan lagi periksa ke dokter mulu...alhamdulillah udah sehatan sekarang suaminya...dan kata dokter2nya suamiku harus jaga kesehatan dan jaga makanan, emang kesehatan paling utama ya.. trus Prof nya bilang ke suamiku"you are what you eat". Hehehe..kesentil deh istrinya juga..Maka kemaren kita daftarin diri ke tempat fitnes, biar ada motivasi lari di treadmil dan obisa lahraga berpasangan...suit suit..sweet couple deh...hehe.. si prof juga bilang kita lebih baik konsumsi beras merah dan jgn makan berlebihan daging merah, banyakin ikan dan sayur...ya amplop umur masih kepala 3 udah dinasehati seperti ini...Malu sama bokap yg masih fit (karena bokap ga hoby makan berlebihan)...Muali lagi ah.. okey sekarang ini perincian terkini aku TB =163 cm BB = 71 kg (sebel bgt malah naik) besok mulainyaa...semangat

meytrianee...mo nyoba resepmu pake madu, dicampur air hangat ah. eh kalo jeruk nipis, khasiatnya apa ya
bunda mumu...hasil syndrome happinessphobia membikin diriku bulat, mungkin karena udah taken kali ya jadi makan apa aja hayuuk aja heheheh. eniwei this week mulai minum melilea lagi. recap hari senin... sarapan pake jus pepaya dicampur melilea, trus lunch makan biasa (brokoli, ayam) sore makan apel and malam gak makan deh...duuuh godaannya kalo lagi diet banyak yah...skip temenku yang bawa cheesecake sama cemilan2. but thanks god kemaren sukses, semoga hari ini bisa deh. SEMANGAT GIRLS!!!

sabtu pagi nih nimbang2..
tb: 163 bb ku: 69,9 exercise nya kemarin di gym, jumat malam, treadmill 30 menit tapi speed nya masih rendah, belum kuat ngebut, maklum....beginner... juga sempet sedikit main alat di tempat fitnes, hoho, mulai nge gym bareng suami 2 atau 3 kali sehari sejak minggu lalu, gara2 diceramahin dokter menjadi pasangan muda yg kurang gerak and doyan makan ga sehat huhuhuhu..... hayo semangatss ya semuaa yg mau diet yg mau sehat dan keceh..:P

Duh dah lama banget gak posting yah?
BB terakhir posting (somewhere in April) 78kg BB today: 76 kg.. wkwkwkwkkkkk.. so much for almost 3 months! duh susah banget yah mau diet. nih ngemil and makan ama anak and suami kok gak bisa ditahan. RitArif, hebat banget deh! gimana bisa trus semangat kayak elo gitu yah? eniwei, nih dah mulai nge gym and mulai ngurangin makan nasi and snacking. wish me luck! |

lumayan, i start diet tgl 25 juni, tadi pagi nimbang turun 1 kilo...not badlah, yang penting ada kemajuan. dari 55 to 54 yeay Start that day,setiap pagi sarapan sama jus pepaya campur mgo trus siang lunch biasa sore makan apel... malam diusahakan gak makan, ya kalo laper minum juice aja. Harus ditambah nge-gym nih tapi belum sempet nih. kemaren pas belanja gw udah beli banyaaak jeruk nipis, mo nyoba minum itu juga seperti yuniyuni88, tapi minumnya kapan ya yang paling baik, pagikah, siang atau sore trus manfaatnya apa? Merciii and good luck girlz...
