Gue kan tiap hari pake crosstrainer 15 menit (kuatnya cuman segitu), tapi ga kurus2 juga, trus g tanya dokter g, katanya sih 15 menit itu nambah gendut iya, makannya nambah bnyk karna cape doang. soalnya lemaknya blom ada yg kebakar kl cuman durasi segitu, min. musti 1/2 jam. idealnya 100menit. Gelo, mana ada waktu g...

ikutan ya..
saat ini gw juga berencana nurunin berat badan gw minimal 5kg,kalo bisa 10 kilo,mungkin gak ya?? TB : 160 BB : 64 saat ini gw brusaha mengurangi makan gw neeh,soalnya nafsu makan gw gila2an kalo gak di kontrol dan sekarang gw exercise nya paling banyak cardio di gym....skitar 25-30menit mudah2an bisa konsisten ya ma exercise gw..dan tercapai target nehh,hehhee |

Ada tuh temen...ibu-ibu juga....curhat kok dia ga bisa turun-turun juga ya? padahal udah ga makan malam dan udah beli treadmill di rumah juga..

akhirnya aku paksain crosstrainer 23 menit hari ini, target 25 menit dulu, 2 menit terakhir terpaksa ga tercapai gara2 baby udah rewel banget mo bobo, ya sutralah...
besok musti nambah porsi olahraga jd 30 menit, moga2 tercapai deh.

hari ini lg males banget olahraga tp makan ga kejaga, eh, malah naek lg 1/2 kg
duh, gmn ya caranya???hiks... lenn iya emang kudu minimal 30 menit kalo pengen lemaknya kebakar tp klo awal2 emang jdnya mana tahan, hehehe buat smuanya...smangat yaaaa |

awalnya treadmill emang berasa cape kok...

Lenn Gpp untuk awal 15min....... tapi ntar smakin sering kan badan kita menyusuaikan, ntar kalo Pede di tambah 2min tambah lagi, lagi dan lagi....... ntar lama2x bisa juga 30min itu..... Gw dulu juga begitu kok cuma kuat 15 mins... tapi karena dulu blm ada baby aku jadikan 2 session.... pagi 15 mins, malam 15 mins...... lama tambah jadi 30 min.... Emang x-trainer itu cape banget bener2x bakar calorie... pengen dech beli...... Aku punya alat free style glider.... gak seberat dari April kemarin aku 1.5 - 2 jam setiap malam sebelum mo tidur (yahhhh sambil nonton sinetron dari Air mata Cinta, Hareem, Dewi ampe terlanjur cinta heheheee) itu pun istirahat 5-10 mins setiap 30 min...... |

udah 2 minggu ga laporan. gw lagi stop diet n stop mesotherapy

Hari ini tercapai juga 30menit, itu juga dengen susah payah diniatin, moga2 bisa bertahan terus deh.
RitArif, 2 jam tiap malem dan sebelum tidur? keringetan gitu emang bisa tidur? kl mandi malem malah ga bisa tidur kan?

RitArif, enaknya kalo jadwal bobo anak udah tetap. Baby gua masih 11 bln, tidurnya ga pasti, dah gt mlm bgt baru tdr. jadi ga bisa punya jadwal tetap olahraga. Ini aja nyuri2 waktu T.T , BTW loe saranin Elizabeth biar lbh sering makan di thread yg motivasi buat nurunin berat badan? hmmm.... Elizabeth kudu lebih kuat iman tuh, hahaha...
