diet bareng / weightwatcher program(FD daily diary penurunan berat badan bersama)
FDers yang cantik cantik. Diet bareng2 yuks..Biar semangat. Ada yang overweight ? Atau yang hanya mau ngurangin bbrp kg aja? Susah? Sama aku juga.Diet bareng bareng2 yuk di thread ini, seperti yang di Oprah. Katanya kalau saling laporan dan saling menyemangati pasti bisa termotivasi deh penurunan berat badannya dengan lebih mudah. Lebih disiplin karena termotivasi. Malah beberapa ada yang melakukan weightwatcher ( seperti watch me loosing weight, before n after, dll ) di program youtube atau website pribadi. Mereka mencari teman, dan motivator agar bersama saling mengawasi diet, dan penurunan berat badannya katanya lebih signifikan....

Contoh laporannya nih aku dulu ya: My First week = Selasa, tgl 31 Maret 2009 TB =163 cm ( hitung sekali lagi yang tepat loh...) BB = 70,4 kg Lingkar dada = 100,5 cm lingkar perut = 91 c lingkar lengan = 33 lingkar paha = 61,5 cm IMT ku (Indeks Massa Tubuh)/BMT ( silahkan google untuk hitungan otomatisnya ya) = 26,35 artinya: aku obesitas tingkat II, while range normalnya adalah 18,5 - 22,9 atau seharusnya aku normalnya antara 49-61kg.. gw udah jalanin program selama 2 bulan.
tapi datanya berdasarkan keadaan saat ini aja ya. Minggu Pertama : Senin, tgl 31 Maret 2009 TB :163 cm BB : 55kg Lingkar dada: 90cm lingkar perut: 76cm lingkar lengan: 31cm lingkar paha: 58cm IMT : 20,7 My Diet Program is: Suntik Mesotherapy + Obat minum utk meningkatkan metabolisme tubuh dan menahan nafsu makan. my butik sebelumnya 2 bulan lalu berapa kilo? aku juga pernah bbrp kali suntik n minum obat, berhubung ga disiplin akunya jadi buang duit huhuhu......dan bb balok lagi dengan sukses bersama 2 kg tambahan...hehehe....sukses ya my butik besok liat lagi ya udah berapa gram turunnya.....

Lingkar Paha, L Perut,L Dada,L Lengan: masih tetap Breakfast: salmon terriyaki with carrot rice,teh manis hangat segelas Lunch: spagheti salmon, jus tomat Dinner:idem lunch,jus tomat selingan : citato (tergoda) Execise : jalan pagi 15 menit catatan :sebenernya sudah semingguan nih ngurang2in makan, minggu lalu timbangan 71kg. tapi belum full diet ketat..takut berbalik jadi nafsu balas dendam, jadi pelan2 startnya. aku biasanya makan ga ada takarannya, nambah terus apalagi kalau ada sambal,ikan asin ga lupa cemilan / jajanan. sekarang gak lagi..kalau mau, icip dikit biar ga penasaran. katanya makan ga boleh sambil baca ( padahal sudah kebiasaan makan+baca ), dilarang sambil nonton tv, sekarang itu aku ikutin, menikmati makanan pelan2 di atas meja makan, ga buru2 lagi...hasilnya sih makan ga nambah2 terus dan ga ngemil terus2an..dan ga lemes...ayo dongs yang mau sharing bareng, kita diet bareng yuk sambil saling menyemangati.... Mybutik: tetap semangat ya, timbang lagi ya today.....

bloomwood Thank you Say udah bikin thread ini.
Pas banget hari ini tangal 1, dan sejak 3 hari lalu aku mulai diet dan olahraga lagi. Gara-gara 4 bulan terakhir makan ngga teratur, sering lupa istirahat, beratku naik. Kalo versi timbangan naik 5-6 kg. Uuuggh, sebel banget. 1 April Tinggi Badan: 155 cm Berat : 56-57 kg (hihihi, bantet..) Exercises: 2 hari kemaren 40 menit aerobik, tapi karena kemaren aku kepeleset di rumah, olahraga berhenti dulu. Tapi mau diusahakan mulai besok minimal 60 menit sehari. Program diet: Ngga ada, makan teratur 3 kali sehari plus dibantu Woo Tekh Capsul. Target: Selama sebulan paling ngga turun 2 kg, ngga mau banyak2 yang penting badan kembali fit. Wish me luck!!!!

Ada yg mo ikutan South beach diet ama gw? Gw mulai besok. Dua minggu pertama no sugar no carb no fruit. Makan sayur plus lauk pauk aja (kalo digoreng pake canola oil aja), kacang (buat yg biasa ngunyah). Tinggi: 165 Bb: 76 kg Stat laen nyusul ya.

Hi... aku ikutan ya...
BB: 66 kg TB: 158 cm Aku diet pake HERBALIFE, kira2 udh 1 bulanan n udh turun 4kg, stabil.. Secara aku dietnya bocor2, n jarang minum... Hehe... harusnya udh bisa turun lbh dr ini ni... Target BB akhir bulan ni 63 kg, krn ada sodara mau kawinan... HUhuhu... Ukuran lingkar2 yg lain aku susul ya.. Ayo kita sama2 bdiet... |
