Kalo mamaku pake oven listrik bikin lapis sby-nya..
Tapi pake api atas aja..soalnya kan dilapis2 terus..kalo pake api bawah..kacian yg bawah gosong ntar..
Paling terakhirnya aja dipakein api bawah bentar..pake feeling sih ya bikin ginian..lihat sikon n tipe oven masing2..
Kalo masalah turun, mungkin karena kebanyakan diintipin kali ya..
Kalo oven mamaku dulu ada kaca atasnya, jd gak bolak2 dibuka..bisa diintip dr kacanya..

Kireina, kalo mau wangi coklat, apa ga lbh nendang kalo pake pasta coklat?

Jessi, gw mencoba menyamakan persepsi dulu nih, Lapis sby yang dimaksud luzywandra sepertinya kl bahasa org sby spiku, bukannya bikinnya ditumpuk kl dah mateng yak? Kl yg elo bilang sepertinya lapis legit yah yg musti dilapis2 sembari dioven?

jessi, iya gw juga nyebutnya spiku, yang nyebut lapis surabaya tuh manusia diluar surabaya biasanya (jakarta gitu maksudnya) dan jangan heran kalo besok2 nemu lapis solo, lapis malang

gw pertama baca istilah itu juga bingung. tapi paling bingung pertama kali denger orang bilang lapis surabaya, dalam hati gw, sekian lamanya baru hari ini gw denger di sby ada kue lapis yang terkenal

Aku ga bisa masak samsek cuma bisa indomie, cuma td disuruh nenekku belajar bikin kueh, di rmh dia lengkap kan peralatannya. Dikasih resep yang pake blueband duyu dari buku beli gramed yang ngarangnya ibu2 sasakan itu lho. Resep2 nenekku pake wijsman semua soalnya kalo buat newbie kan mehil.

Nah aku bikin brownies. Tapi kok beda hasil akhirnya sama yang di bukunya ya

Minggu kmrn ikut kursus masak di ncc, 350rb 4 tipe cake tapi pas dtg ternyataaaaaah demo! Agak kuciwa. Cakenya orange cake, avocado mousse sama redvelvet sama carrotcake . Kmrn bikin orange cake lumayaaaaan cuma gamau memperdalam karena bkn tipeku kuenya. Manisnya manis buah gitu bkn manis coklat. Yang lain sih bilang enak tapi menurutku engga -__-

Eh trus aku kan iseng pakein whippedcream buat hiasannya. Pas ditaro kulkas mau dimakan kok whippedcreamnya copot gitu ya

Trus kalo sukses melipir ke avocado mousse yang 3 adonan - cakenya, avocado mousse & chocolate ganache. kmrn dpt kuenya sih enakkk, dua bln lagi harus udh mahir bikin itu biar bisa bikin bday cake bokap ((:.

Nah tapi pake cake emulsifier, itu beli dimana ya? Harganya juga brp kah?

awidiana, mustinya waktu mau daftar tanyain dulu demo ato hands-on say.
cake emulsifier banyak kok, mau yang paling gampang, indomaret aja jual loh, merek kupu2, ada TBM, ada SP, tinggal pilih yang mana yang mau di pake. kalo ke TBK, pilihan lebih banyak lagi, ukuran pun banyak, harga ga mahal deh, cuman gw ga inget jelas deh berapa duitnya. HTH.
