Audrey Tautou for Chanel No. 5
Following weeks of rumours and anticipation, luxury house Chanel confirmed today that the French actress Audrey Tautou will be the new face of the iconic Chanel No. 1 perfume. Replacing Australian actress Nicole Kidman, who in her turn followed into the footsteps of French actresses Carole Bouquet and Catherine Deneuve, the “Amélie” actress will star in the upcoming Chanel No. 5 commercial in the spirit of the legendary Chanel No.5 and printed Chanel No. 5 advertising campaign, scheduled to be released in 2009.
Custom for Chanel, the tv commercial will be a intriguing short film with Audrey Tautou as the centre of attention, embodying the mythical Chanel No. 5 woman. To direct the Chanel No. 5 advertising film, Chanel chose the French film maker Jean-Pierre Jeunet who previously directed Audrey Tautou in the popular films “Le fabuleux destin d’Amélie Poulain” and “Un long dimanche de fiançailles”. Set to be released during the 2009 Cannes Filmfestival, Audrey Tautou will star as Coco Chanel in a $15 million biopic by Anne Fontaine about the legendary French fashion designer. The film, that was specially conceived with Tatou in mind tells the story of the childhood and early womanhood of Coco Chanel, the woman who put “French chic” on the map. iya nih..
jadi pengen liat iklannya kayak gimana.. karena yang pas nicole kidman kan keren banget.. sampe gwe download di youtube.. hihi.. tapi masih harus bsabar kayaknya untuk menyaksikan iklan yang satu ini... huff |

haha, iya, mukanya dia tuh anggun tapi 'muda' bgt gitu yah..... makanya, semoga d iklan ini bisa ngbalikin image chanel no. 5 supaya ga dibilang gue baunya ky tante2
