baru aja kmaren nyoba baking soda gara2 liat blog FD yang hanzky tulis, kebetulan pas kmaren ke carefour MM ada tuh arm & hammer. Langsung dah di beli dan hasil nya biasa aja tuh kyknya

betewe.. karena kemarin baru baca posting ttg baking soda ini, aku inget d dapur punya yg mirip2 itu juga.
ternyata pas tak ambil, itu BAKING POWDER!! trus, masih juga mikir lagi... bukannya sama aja ya baking soda ma baking powder??? akhirnya daripada bingung... aku gugel aja dulu... hehehe

gw akhirnya beli baking soda yang cap koepoe koepoe, haha ga tau deh isinya apaan ambil yang kliatan d rak aja. tapi cuman si sodium bikarbonatnya doang isinya kok. rasanya kyk scrub alus2 gt. langsung halus dan bersih deh muka gue bis itu, hihi senang ga bereaksi kyk aspirin. abis tu pake moist. krn rada kering *mungkin gw kelamaan kali ya, tp g sampe sekering aspirin klo di gw,,

hasilnya..., sama spt yg dijelasin utie, baik baking soda maupun powder digunakan untuk mengembangkan adonan kue, tapi ada perbedaannya:
"Baking soda (juga disebut bikarbonat soda) adalah sebua bahan kimia tersendiri: natrium bikarbonat (NaHCO3)murni, sedangkan baking powder adalah bakin soda yang dicampur dengan satu atau dua garam lebih asam"
