Started my weekend with Advanced Pilates 1 hour & 15 mnts stretching... Energized the whole day!!!

as always, 30 minutes of dynamic yoga. baru beberapa minggu ini yoga-nya tiap hari, jadi berasa bedanya di badan, mudah2an bisa terus ky gini for the sake of flat abs and hot ass

treadmill 15 menit aja. katanya sih asal setiap hari biarpun cuma 15 menit hasilnya akan bagus tmasuk untuk oto perut juga *semangatttt*

Selasa kmrn advanced pilates hampir 1 jam, udah ngos2an krn 2 minggu absen pilates...
Tadi lari 1 jam naek naek turun bukit, sampe rmh kelaperan!!!

Excercise pagi ini sit up 50 kali push up 20 kali, nyapu jalan depan rumah yg puenuuh daun mangga berserakan gara2 ujan angin yg heboh banget kemaren, pleus ngejar-ngejar tukang roti yg ga ngeh gw panggil-panggil
