hehe...gw juga nggak terlalu yakin sih...tapi kalau dibandingkan dengan iga sapi serat dagingnya yang di sini agak besar" ...makanya agak keras.....
cmiiw....di daerah asalnya (Ujung Pandang) lebih terkenal daging kerbau lho daripada daging sapi....

dagi kerbau enak kok. di pekalongan sendiri soto khas-nya kan pake daging kerbau (bokap dr pekalongan)

gw inget, yg di cipaganti itu iga bakar jangkung

lebih keras dr daging sapi pastinya. tp enak aj kok rasanya mirip2 aj. kan serumpun tuh ama sapi haha. tp masa daeng tata pake kebo? pake sapi lokal mah iya keras..
