Vitamin and Supplement
Ladies... Share ttg supplement atau multivitamin yg lo minum setiap harinya dong... Penting tuh buat kesehatan tubuh..
Gw baru beli semalem.. Karena bokap gw selalu menyuruh gw minum vitamin tiap hari... Yg gw beli dr Blackmores.. Ini tambahan vitamin and minerals aja kali ya.. Abis gw bingung beli yg mana.. Aduh....kalau ngomongin vitamin/supplemen, hampir sama deh kasusnya sama kalau beli make up....belinya doyan makainya angot-angotan alias jarang-jarang...

kalo gue minum Theragran multivitamin & minerals. gue minum vitamin ini daily, karena uda cukup tercover semuanya...dari vitamin A-Z, minerals, zat besi, dll. hehee... vitamin ini disaranin ama dokter gizi gue, jadi nurut makan ini aja

Kalo gw tiap hari minum SURBEX-T kaplet.
Dulu sempet gonta-ganti dari yang murah (hemaviton, enervon c) sampe yang mahal (nature's plus dll) tapi so far gw ngerasa surbex-t cukup bagus. Gw ngerasanya waktu anak gw masuk RS n gw mesti jaga 24 jam di sana. Kondisi udah ngedrop n gw udah ngerasa bakal kena flu, trus gw nyari vitamin di apotek RS-nya n dikasih surbex-t ini. Alhasil gw gak jadi flu n seger lagi tiap hari. Alhamdulillah! Untuk calcium, gw minum coral calcium dari nature's plus kalo gak salah. Katanya ini mineral calcium yang diserap tubuh jauh lebih cepat dari kalsium biasa.

chique blackmores nya ok kayaknya ..mineral itu apa isinya ya? kl di indo bisa beli blackmores dimana tau ga? sekarang byk tuh vitamin2 yang isinya ga jelas...tinggal dinamain, terus dijual (dibelakang suka ada embel2 not approve atau apa gitu FDA)

alice Gw sih beli di Watson's sini.. harganya RM 55.. Berapa tuh di Rp? gw ga tau.. Emang Blackmores agak mahal.. Itu isinya yg 60 tablets... kayaknya sih bagus.. Kayaknya di Guardian gitu ada kok...

Gw minumnya folic acid sama vitamin c kayak enervon c aja. Kadang-kadang tablet kalsium atau vitamin e seperti natur e, tapi itu angot2an juga. Yg gak pernah absen sih folic acid.

mir@cle.. kalo gw tablet folic acidnya gak bermerk gitu, beli di kimia farma atau apotik-apotik biasa. Murmer tapi bermutu. Hihihihi. Sempet dulu beli di guardian folic acid keluaran mana gitu yg tutupnya kuning.
Gw mah wajib tiap hari folic acid dan tidak boleh minum vitamin dgn zat besi. Btw, kalo suplemen buat rambut yg bagus apa ya? *eh gak oot kan ptanyaan gw?*
