Kalo gw, tiap pagi bangun tidur minum air putih 1/2 liter, ludah basi itu bagus kata dokter gw. Mulai pagi hari dengan doa, dan mau tidur juga gw berdoa, berterima kasih atas setiap hari yang sudah bisa kita nikmati. Sisanya just do your best and let GOD do the rest. Ini gw ajarkan juga ke anak-anak gw.

Minum air yg banyaaaaaaaaak setiap hari, jus buah setiap pagi, dan susu utk menabung tulang krn wanita rentan osteoporosis....

Dan olahraga. I used to hate sports, skrg juga masih sih, tp skrg udah ga gitu males lagi renang dan fitness rutin.
