Kita disini very much support embracing a healthy body, not just merely skinny figure. If you are within your healthy range, instead of trying to lose more, why not try getting fitter? And the same goes with those with a longer journey ahead of you. Our Exercise and Nutrition threads provide so much information to help you get to your destination faster!
