debby: cepet banget turunnya. Diet tanpa garam artinya badanmu melepas banyak air, karena garam kan mengikat air. Jadi berat yang hilang lebih banyak air daripada lemak. Apalagi kalo ga dibarengi exercise. Terus kamu dapat asupan iodiumnya darimana? Temenku bilang kurang asupan garam kaki gampang kram.

BB: 61 (3.5 bulan lalu)--> 56
Target: 52

Pengaturan makanan:
1. Tidak lagi makan gorengan, tapi tumisan masih
2. Lebih sering karbo sehat: oat, roti gandum, beras merah
3. Sarapan: susu dan oat
4. Lunch: karbo, sayur dan protein rendah lemak
5. Dinner: salad buah +yoghurt
6. Ngemil masih tapi dibatasi
7. Rajin gerak, minimal sehari jalan kaki 30 menit
8. Yoga dan climbing buat stretching dan menambah massa otot
9. Minum whey abis exercise

Terakhir 52 itu sepuluh tahun yang lalu. Semoga bisa!

Hr ini hr pertama diet detok, cuma makan buah & sayur aja.. Sayurnya ditumis pake saos tiram tanpa garam, tapi baru tau jg dr debby kl tnyata saos tiram tuh ada kandungan garamnya.. Kl kecap asin cumi itu boleh gak ya?

Hi all..sepertinya yang mengecil di gw cm perut nih.. so far baru turun 4 kg tp lingkar paha mengecil ga sampe 1 cm, lingkar dada jg masih sama. Smoga 1 minggu ke depan bisa turun lg ya. Ud 2 minggu cum turun 4 kg

Pola konsumsi:
Pagi : nasi uduk/kuning/kupat tahu + telor (soalnya baca-baca sarapan itu penting banget biar ga kalap pas makan" selanjutnya, dan telor itu proteinnya bagus apalagi buat sarapan -- agak-agak lupa gimana artikelnya, pokoknya sarapan mesti ada telor thok jadinya)
Siang : seadanya makanan di kampus (yang penting porsi pas)+ sayur
Malam: makan kayak biasa, tetep, porsi aja sama jam makannya sebelum jam 7, sama tenlung yang pelangsing.
ga pake ngemil. tapi kalo lagi sibuk banget mau ga mau mesti ngemil juga teteup hiks.
kalo masalah makanan ga bisa diatur juga.. maklum anak kuliahan.

terus tiap pagi baru bangun abis solat biasanya yoga 20-60 menitan. sama biasain jalan kaki ngiterin kampus yang segitu gedenya. baru mulai lagi dietnya abis event nari yang diurusin kemarin bikin sibuk parah sampai makan dan tidur pun ga beres (tidur jam 6 pagi baru pulang latihan) moga aja sukses lagi amin.
