lizia gapapa, namanya juga berusaha, pelan2 dulu lifestylenya dirubah Karena ga gampang ngubah lifestyle yg udah ngakar bertahun2, heheh.. aku juga masih abal2 kok FC nya, cuman tiap pagi pasti jeniper sama buah sarapannya. Kalo maksi & makmal itu yg susah, adaaa aja godaannya.

Sweetloverz, makan gado-gado tanpa lontong boleh kok. Klo misalnya mau kombinasi protein hewani+sayur tinggal skip lontong, kentang dan jagung, krn ketiga hal tersebut termasuk pati.
Klo mau makan gado-gado+lontong juga boleh banget, cuman jangan ditambah protein hewani. Oh ya, sebisa mungkin minumnya jangan ya manis ya, air putih saja. HTH

Sweetloverz,Iya,ayam dan ikan termasuk protein hewani, begitu juga dengan telur. Gampangnya sih protein hewani itu musuhan sama pati/karbohidra.

Kalau mau pake lauk,bisa makan tempe tahu. Semangat ya FCnya

antiks01, Kopi termasuk minuman pembentuk asam. Masih boleh diminum,hanya sifatnya reaksional atau diminum pas cheating. Aku dulu juga pengemar kopi,sehari nggak minum kopi berasa nyut-nyutan kepala. Setelah usaha yang ekstra keras udah bisa ngurangi minum kopinya. Klo lagi kepengen banget ya minum kopi ^-^

selama ini coba fc kebanyakan makan gado2 kalo siang (karena susah cari makanan di tempat kerja) tapi asam urat jadi naik. ada rekomen lain gak lunch yang gampang?

kalo buat asam urat dan tiap hari makan gado-gado ya ga heran asam urat naik. di FC, sayuran dibuat bervariasi, jangan cuma sayuran itu-itu aja karena nanti dikhawatirkan ada penumpukan zat tertentu.

makanya asam uratnya naik kan? nah karena sudah muncul penumpukan zat dari 1 jenis sayur aja. sayuran berwarna hijau lebih baik dikurangi dulu deh buat yang kena asam urat. menu FC gampang kok, tingal beli sayuran yang kita suka, cuci, potong, terus makan
