laporan minggu ini:
tinggi badan : 168 cm

Tanggal -- BB -- Waist -- Hip -- BMI
12 Mei. -- 67 ---- ?? -- ?? -- 23,7
18 Mei ---- 65,8 -- 89 --- 105 --- 23,3

Pola makan FC tp sempat cheated 2x, kemarin makan bakso sama pas selasa pagi2 makan kolak dan weci. sedih juga si rasanya.
WO nya biasanya jalan cepat, dan aerobik. Tp hari ini pakai JM 30 DS level 1.
oya, mau nanya... baiknya WO itu berapa jam ya per hari?

noesby.. cukup 30 menit/hari dan dilakukan (konsisten) setiap hari ya. 30 menit itu latihan intinya aja... hth ya

Zasmita: tuhhh kan gw salah..hehehw sori ! 35kgs!! Wahh.. Speechless gw. Iya mak, kuncinya konsisten dan fokus ke gaya hidup sehat ya..
Gw jg lg semangat ni nurunin bb. Gara2 hamil anak ke3 gw melembung bgt! Lumayan udah turun 8kgs dalam 4 bulan. Emang pelan bgt ya turunnya. Cuman ngga papa deh daripada ngga turun (ngibur diri). Sekarang gw tinggal mantain aja. Udah cukup puas di 53kgs di tinggi 160cm. Suami gw mohon2 jangan dikurusin lg, kurang bahenol katanya (jijay ngga siy!) padahal gw pengen ampe 50kgs.

Errrr....yg hampir 35 kilo maksud gw si Mamul...
Gw mah baru 23 kilo turunnya #msh banyak lemaknya

fiuuuhhh gara2 sakit minggu lalu, jadi turun 2kg. lumayaaaan. motivasi udah balik lagi buat diet!

mao ngilangin 3 kg dan ngurangin lingkar paha susah yaak..bertekad minggu ini gak makan gorengan sam sek sama teh ato kopi sehari sekali aja, plus banyak jalan, Bismillah..

reizcha90.... hehehehe... sebenernya kalo mau baca halaman ke belakang2 *panjang bener yaaa*, gw pernah cerita sedikit pengalaman saat berdiet. intinya, kalo mau konsisten diet :
-niat... cari tau dulu niat dietnya yak
-goal... setelah ada niat, selanjutnya bikin goal/tujuan.
-lakukan! yup, lakukan dan disiplin tentunya. ikuti program diet yg lu mau dengan sebaik-baiknya.


saran tambahan, berdietlah utk kesehatan. kalo cuma mau pasang tujuan ngurangin kiloan, ga kan long lasting hasilnya. tapi saat kita sadar kita berdiet utk kesehatan, pasti kita bakal mikir sejuta kali untuk sembarangan mengasup makanan ke tubuh.
