mau pergi suatu hari dan mendapati celana favorit yang biasanya 'bersahabat' tau2 jadi kettattt banget! jadi kepikiran mau join gym. trus diukur BMInya. waktu operatornya tau berat gw, doski pake komentar pula "wah berat juga" secara ukuran gw lumayan kecil (baca: pendek)

dah turun 8 kg in 6 months, celana favorit kembali bersahabat. skarang sih g ada target apa2, lambat2 asal selamat

setelah kiloan stabil dan size stabil di range ideal (secara dulunya obese), jadinya selalu memperbaharui goal supaya ga bosen lakuin wo. mulai dari supaya cardigan size s bisa dikancing tanpa ada perut buncit (lumayan bisa tercapai), kaos inner jadi longgar dan ga mliket2 di badan (lumayan ga ads tonjolan2 ga penting disekitar tali bra bagian punggung dan area keti), sekarang bikin goal : bisa pake jeans size 27-28 di itc. susah sih. tapi tetep pengen nyoba *sambil liatin gelambir di paha bagian dalam.

demi pake gaun kliatan baguussss...
demi punya badan kek carmen electra ... demi wajah nggak kliatan tua n tetep seger ... badan fitt... paha , pinggul + perut ga belipet2..

lately in the past 2 months i doing work out regularly even only 3x a week swimming for 20 laps

my motivator is because i do have a very high cholesterol even i am stil under 30

doctor already warned me "no more good foods are allowed and tight diet & exercise"

thanks God last week done the medcheck, seeing improvement

my cholesterol level is decreasing

Motivasi terbesar karena pengen gemuk dengan body shape yg padat berisi. Dengan rajin workout jadi gampang laper. Jadi bisa berkali-kali makan dalam sehari hehehe... Buat gw tantangan terberat ga hanya pada pertemuan pertama mulai workout di gym. Tapi setiap kali mau ke gym hahahaha... Tapi demi ingat biaya keanggotaan yang udah dibayar jadinya menyeret diri sendiri. Begitu udah ganti baju dan nenteng sepatu keluar rumah sih udah ilang malesnya. Badan pegel-pegel efek habis gym juga lama-lama udah biasa. Yang penting komitmen sama tujuan utama gw.
