lg nyoba tahitian noni...sekali minum 30 ml..minum dikit2 ..3x sehari.. pagi siang dan malam sebelum tidur.. ditaro dibawah lidah 30dtk baru diminum...kyknya bawaan abis minum itu ngantuk terus..

saya sebenernya bisa langsung tidur tetapi lebih prefer belajar dulu sebelom tidur.. baca-baca buku, rasanya wasting time banget buat tidur...dimana kita bisa menyerap banyak ilmu dan knowledge baru... *mungkin pas sd dan smp bahkan sma saya banyak mainnya.... jadi sekarang agak nyesel seh... hehehe jadi yah itu sebenernya habits doank... kalo mau langsung tidur juga bisa ..blek zzzz *anyway welcome para kalong hihihi

ps: oh iya biasanya tidur jam 01:30 atau jam 02:00

asunn, kl bisa lgs blek tidur mah enak. gw tipe yg gk bisa lgs blek tidur kecuali kl bener2 capek. udah nguap2 aja blm jaminan bwt gw bisa lgs ngorok

gw biasanya jam segituan jg tidurnya 1-2 pagi.

selama mudik kemaren gw berhasil tidur dibawah jam 12, kecuali pas malem lebaran. pas balik ke jakarta, hari pertama tidur jam 12, dan malem ini jam segini gw belum ngantuk

Ety..maaf baru Jawab..tahitian noni itu membantu memperbaiki metabolisme tubuh..insomnia kan jg krn metabolisme kita ada yg kacau.. Bisa utk menyembuhkan penyakit2 lain..

Duduk manis baca2 page belakang soalnya thread ini gw bangett wkkwkk makanya mata panda mulu.Setiap hari paling cepet tidur jam 2,kadang2 baru bisa tidur jem 4-5...parahh. Tidur cukup,nyenyak n pules kayak jadi barang mahal bwt gw..hiksss

Halo semua.. Wah baru nemu thread ini *tepok jidat*.. aku juga susah tidur, wlpn uda ngantuk kaya apapun ga akan bs tidur siank dan butuh konsentrasi menenangkan diri utk tidur.. Tp semenjak srg refleksi seminggu sekali jd jauh mendingan bs tidur lbh awal (jam 11an).. Tp klo tdur siank emank tetep ga bisa..
Sempet coba yoga juga dan bener2 ngebantu lebih cpet tidur, cuma karena sibuk kerja jdnya ga pernah yoga lagi.. Pokonya klo malem kita olahrga, kualitas tidur jd lebih baik..

Eti,coba pijit2 kepala sebelum tidur deh..atau rendeman kaki pake air anget,garem,aromatherapy..di gw lumayan sih ngebantu..aslinya gw insom parah..jadi tipe yang kalo tidur2an diatas kasur tapi tetep susaaaaah banget merem baneran..
Kadang kalo lg tidur pagi2 / siang dibangunin pembantu sebel banget..sekarang sih udah agak mendingan aku rajin terapi chiropractic gitu dan ngaruh ke tidur..terus beli alatnya juga (batu turmanium) kaya iket pinggan..
Jadi lumayan gampang tidur..walau belum bener2 ilang sih insomnya

Hmmm.... Insomnia ku kumat lg. 3hr lalu ga bisa tidur sampe pagi (awalnya krn maag kumat,tapi setelah enakan pun tetep ga bisa tdr). Akhirnya setelah dipaksa merem ketiduran jg jam 5 pagi tp jam 6.30 uda kebangun gara2 alarm. Herannya setelah tdr 1,5 jam ga ada rasa ngantuk lagi, lemes atau pusing spt yg biasanya aku alamin kalo kurang tidur. Bisa tetep on dan kerja kayak biasanya. Bahkan setelah plg kantor malem masih ga ngantuk. Tapi aku bener2 paksain supaya bisa tidur. Lalu td mlm kejadian lg ga bisa tdr, akhirnya baru td pagi bisa tdr jam set 8-set 9 pagi. Stlh bangun pun ga berasa ngantuk, pusing ato lemes. Td pas cerita ke tmn katanya sih mungkin efek krn terlalu capek banget malah akhirnya ga ngantuk sama skali.
Ada ga yg pernah ngalamin hal yg sama kayak aku?

Duluuuuu waktu jaman kuliah susaaaaah banget tidur kalo ayam blom berkokok, yg ada tiap malem baca buku melulu.. Hehehehe, tapi anehnya setelah nikah ilang sendiri lho, apalagi setelah punya anak

Badan gw lemes mulu, udah minum sari kurma, stimuno, sakatonik liver, sangobion dll laaahh tetep aja lemes.. Efek kurang tidur mulu atau ni badan emang payah ya? Mana suka gampang pusing.. Ngenes deh idup gw..
