hi all, ikutan share ya. Aku pernah praktekin diet ini. Ga lewatin phase 1, lbh cenderung ke phase 2/3 tapi hasilnya berasa banget. Berat badan bisa turun dan sekarang terbiasa untuk gak makan nasi. Tapi sekarang ga disiplin lagi sehingga berat badan naik lagi. Nemu thread ini jadi termotivasi untuk sbd lagi deh

Aku tertarik sama diet ini. Mau nyoba. Tapi kira2 kalau lagi puasa gini aman ga ya?? Takutnya malah jadi lemes atau apa gitu..
Temen2 ada yg ngegunain metode ini pas puasa?? Sharing dong..

gw pake metode ini juga pas puasa
tapi gw da masuk phase 2 si, jadi da makan karbo
so far, kombinasi olahraga dan south beach diet ini, ditambah puasa, gw da turun 9 kg loh
alhamdulillah
tinggal maintain abis lebaran aja ni, gaswat makannya kalap pas hari raya hihi

respitaindah
klo mo ngehindarin nasi tu gampang ko, NIAT, dan DUKUNGAN ORANG SEKITAR..
klo da niat, walo ada godaan, pasti bisa, karna niat pengen
trus butuh dukungan orang sekitar, biar lo ga digoda2in, trus sgala macam karbo dijauhin..
works on me sih..waktu itu hubby selalu ngingetin klo gw lagi pengen nasi ato karbo sejenisnya
but paling berhasil justru saat gw lagi ditinggal hubby ke lapangan, tu bener2 kontrol nya ada di diri gw sendiri..

gw mule diet + olahraga ini tgl 4 juni, jadi udah 2.5 bulan lah ya
awalnya lemes si, apalagi pas 3 hari awal gw lagi turnamen basket, duh itu berasa banget deh lemes nya
tapi setelah hari malah berasa segeran ko.. dan sekarang ga bisa makan banyak lagi, perutnya da kecil kapasitasnya kali ya hehehe
pas puasa ini gw olahraganya sore2 menjelang buka.. olahraga gw maen tenis.. err klo weekend si pagi ya abis bangun tidur, nyobain yoga nya sadie nardini di rumah..
imo mending sore si say, soalnya walo lemes tapi waktu buka kan sebentar lagi jadi jor2an pun gpp.. palingan abis buka jadinya cape hehe

Pernah nyoba sehari tanpa carbo tuh perjuangan banget ya.. Heheee..
Tapi mulai besok nih gw pengen nyoba. Mau dibarengain olahraga juga. Palingan cuma bisa main holahop sama lari2 kecil gitu. Ngaruh ga ya ?
Tapi itu lo 1 minggu pertama di fase 1 turun berapa say?

Mudah2an gw bisa kaya lo ya .. Hehee..

fase pertama total gw turun 5 kg..
abis itu bertahap de, turun sekiloan per minggu
bisa ko, asal niat, dan didukung orang2 sekitar lo..
jangan lupa minum air putih yg banyak ya

Brief Summary of the South Beach Diet

Phase 1 - First 2 weeks (basically a low-carbohydrate, high-protein, high-fat (Atkins-type) diet. You can follow it longer if you choose for faster weight loss after 2 weeks.

Allowed: meat, poultry, fish, eggs, cheese, and vegetables with liberal use of olive oil. Forbidden: Bread, rice, potatoes, pasta, baked goods, fruit, alcohol (including beer and wine).

Fed as three "balanced" meals

Promise: 8-13 pounds of weight loss

Phase 2 - Followed until you hit your target weight. Allowed: Add back the foods you love, like the "good" carbohydrates - fruit, whole grain bread, whole grain rice, whole wheat pasta, and sweet potatoes (no white potatoes). Meals are still high in fat, protein, and cholesterol.

Promise: 1-2 pounds lost/week

If phase 2 fails, you then return to phase 1 to get back on track.

Phase 3 - for the rest of your life. There is no allowed or forbidden foods list for phase 3 - you can eat whatever you want. If phase 3 fails, you then return to phase 1 to get back on track.

sebelumnya udah pernah ntoba diet tanpa garam,cuma turun 2,5kg. Mau coba ah SBD.. Wish me luck..

Bingung nih antara SBD dan Dukan diets.
Kalo digabungin, pake menu SBD, tapi dimakan 5-6x perhari kayak orang fitnessan biar metabolisme lancar, should be okay or not?
