aibi ooo diatas puser yah?..brarti udah mendekati normal ni fat q...alhamdulillah..tp bb q naek lg bo jg 56...hiks..kurang olah raga namppaknya...sejauh ibi aku dah bersyukur bgt dg BMI 20.6 dan setelah diukur lg fat q 23.8..
dan spt target sblmnya..aku cm pgn bb q 54 plus fat nya 20..nampakknya kalo rajin olah raga ma atur pola makan 3 bln lg bakal tercapai..doain ya teman2...semangaaatt semuaaa...!!

the222782 kayanya km dah kurus kok sai...body dah oke...kayanya cuma perlu mempertahankan aja....

jadi mo workout segila apapun bentuknya seperti itu, lebih gede dari yg laen..
kaya beyonce tuh, kurang langsing apa coba, sexy betul.. tapi paha nya gede..
jadi ya klo ternyata memang mentok ya disyukuri aja say..
dipertahankan aja bentuk badannya dan agar selalu tetep sehat

the222782... hehehehe... dicoba aja dulu. kalo yoga di gw bikin jadi kecilan sih. dulu hopeless ngga bisa ngecilin paha dan bokong. sekarang udh bisa pake jeans 27-28 *dulunya 36, wkwkkwk... tapi ngga jadi berotot juga. gimana ya, jadi kecil aja...

tapi ya itu, suka males yoga gw ^^; gimana ya biar ngga bosen, gw kebiasaan olahraga lari berkilo2 gitu di trek, jadi kalo ganti yang selow selow suka ga sabaran...

mungkin bentuk badan lo kayak temen gw ya, jadi temen gw tuh badan bagian atasnya kecil banget n cenderung rata, nah bagian paha n betisnya yg gede.

curhat: bulan puasa bukannya berat gw turun tapi tetep mandek. gara2 makannya malem itu x ya.

Hi ladies, ikutan gabung yaa.. BMI sekarang 19,6 bb 49kg TB 158cm tp belum ngukur fat nya.. Dulu sempet BMI 18,8 makanya mau turunin lg bb nya secara celana udah rada sesak.. Aku bermasalah ama perut, perutku lemaknya kemana2.. Huhuu..

pada dasarnya aku jg ada masalah dg perut dan paha..tp sejauh ini fine2 aja..cuma diakalin cara pemakaian baju aja..dah bawaan orok nih..hahhaha.. ( ga bantu banget yakkk..hahhhaa)
mungkin dg yoga spt yg dibilang mamul tu tokcer...

5x makan sehari (banyak makan yg direbus&kukus) + combine yoga dari sadie n HIIT, ikutin saran mamul n aibi. hehe pengennya sih bs turun lg jd 49.

@the222782 kamu anak terra ya ternyata? hehe salut bisa turun byk. kamu ga laper apa klo makan cmn 2x? aku juga pearshape nihh. pinggul + paha atas gede bgt, pdhl paha bawah aku udah kecil.

@mamaste: main hulahoop bener bisa bikin perut kecil lhoo. tmn aku pas liburan turun 3-4kg & waistnya lgsg berbentuk gt gara2 tiap hari hulahoop pdhl makannya lebih banyak klo di rmh. logikanya sih krn terpusat di pinggang jd bs lbh cepet ngecilin. worth to try tuh
