beberapa waktu terakhir, setia ama daily yoga dan ditambah dengan pose : plow, wheel pose, handstans shoulder, bridge, chair pose. masih tetep juga pake yoga weightloss by sadie nardini seminggu 3x aja...

klo ng gym tiap hari sehat ga sih? gw denger tubuh butuh waktu untuk pmbentukan otot tapi ada jg yg bilang tiap hari gpp tia |

@cHenduol, gym tiap hari sehat2 aja, pola latihannya variasiin aja tiap hari, jadi biar otot kita nga terbentuk memori otot (muscle memory).

thanks ya infonya biasanya gw maen tenis dan badminton, tapi minggu ini lagi training jd cuma bisa gym kepikiran latian tiap hari ni, kalo kuat hehe.. eniwei kemaren gw nyoba HIIT, ya ampun cape banget deh mungkin masih penyesuaian kali ya badannya? |

Hohoho sudah lama ga mampir di sini.
Krn di rmh sdh diganggu si kecil pas exercise, akhirnya gw pilih gym khusus cw di trainer gw dulu. Pilh yg 3-4 x gymnnya en gw minta difokusin ke tubuh bagian bawah, yg geda. Sepertinya dah makin kecil lingkar badan pdhal baru 1 mg. Enaknya khusus cewe dan deket ma rumah. Instrukturnya jg yg cucok ma gw, ibstruktur yg dulu bantu gw menurunkan 10 kg dengan aerobik low impact. Chenduol, kata instrukur gw gpp tp kalau utk angkat beban harus selang seling hari variasi gerakan ga boleh sama biar ga cedera dan ada pemulihan. Mamul, wahh msh yoga ya? Pengen lagi kalau udah tone badannya |

vonne... gw ga bisa kemana2 say, karena punya baby minus art makanya exercisenya dirumah aja. pilih yoga karena pernah ikutan dasarnya dan lebih mudah utk gw lakuin di rumah. trus sekarang ngikutin yg di yutub dan apps dari android (vote for daily yoga series, yay!!!). etapi, kalo punya info kelas yoga di depok, boleh dishare ya say... gw berencana pindah ke depok...
btw, malam ini beryoga dari daily yoga chest +yoga weightlosa sadie nardini. lanjutkan dengan bridge pose, plow, handstand shoulder, wheel pose, chair pose lalu ditutup dengan child's pose... rasanya, enaakkk... |
