enak kan?!?!! hahahah gw demen muesli yang banyak dried fruit bites nya
kayak apricots, berries (cranberries, any red berry) trus raisins aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa lo makan make apahh with milk? yogurt --> yogu paling cocok! itu biasa kalo di breakfast western, mueslinya udah di rendem hahahah jadi kayak prrodige dingin2 enak manis2 gitu! looks.. a bit not nice, tapi tastes AWESOME tetep itungannya snack (asal ga banyak2 ya) breakfast food SLASH snacks |

setau gw oat ga harus dimasak si, tapi bisa pake diseduh air panas aja
kalo muesli emang bisa dimakan pake susu dingin, ato bahkan langsung dicemil juga bisa hehe btw, klo buat gw, karna lagi diet karbo, saat ini gw nyemil nya kacang2an.. lagi demen banget edamame kukus tanpa garam, segenggam tangan aja udah kenyang banget loh senang de, berat badan juga jadi turun terus, kombinasi diet, nyemil sehat, dan olahraga |

Good luck n semangatt dietnyaa hihi Setujuuu Edamame enak Rebus garem dikit Sehat no carb, fillings - eh tp addictive jg ya hahaha Kl bs di rank.. Edamame bs rank 1 Muesli aku suka bgggt Kl dingin2 mushymushyyy hahahha Pake soy milk enaak loh.. Apalagi australian box/carton soymilk (so good brand or australia's own) |

lavennia... klo ga salah di superindo ada. temen gw juga ada yg pernah liat di hypermart. gw sendiri nitip ke temen yg tinggal di jakarta karena di kota sini ngga ada muesli.

thanks say, udah turun 5 kg nihhhh *OOT de* eh tapi gw senengnya edamame tanpa garam loh, beda selera kali ya lavennia muesli di supermarket yg sering dikunjungin foreigner biasanya ada ko say, kaya Grand Lucky, ato Ranch Market gitu.. HTH |

frenchyzee... ketimbang rice cracker, mending soyjoy say.. secara rice aja gitu, nampak kurang sehat klo dimata gw sih ya... kalo soyjoy kedelai kan isinyq, lebih bagus dari rice cracker.

mamul nah itu dia gw juga mempertanyakan itu,, tapiii gw kan lg ikut kelas diet di salah satu ahli gizi di Jakarta (diet khusus ibu hamil dan menyusui) nah yg di anjurkan tuh (cemilan yg boleh dimakan selain buah tentunya) yah si rice craker itu sama Jacobs tp dibatasin sehari cuma boleh max 3 bungkus,,, trus malah ketagihan gitu hihihihi,,,
btw kacang rebus mah kesukaan gw banget hahahhaha,,, |

frenchyzee... wah busui juga ya? sama ma gw dong. kalo gw diperketat ama dsa baby sebaiknya jangan makan cracker sbg cemilan sih. jadi gw pure makan buah, muesli (semangkuk kecil), kacang rebus atau sayuran.
